I can't seem to figure out what combination of rgb values makes brown and light brown? Anyone know?

If you open windows paint and double click on one of the coloured squares at the bottom then click the 'define custom colours' button on the dialog that appears you can select a colour and it gives you the RGB values in the bottom right.

Who is general failure, and why is he reading my c: drive?

126, 93, 40 should give you a decent shade.
201,156, 85 should take care of light brown.

You should get Paint Shop Pro, it will make your life much easier.

What is wrong with right clicking the ide and using RGB color picker?

It just remains the same color as before when using set object diffuse.

I believe you'll only see the diffuse color with a light source in the game
