Yes. Simply make a wall segment (not sure how though) and give it an invisible texture. You might have trouble editing it though

I posted long ago for someone else a rar that had transparent floor, transparent walls, using a transparent texture it is still avalible in that post.

It is just two .fps files and a .dds the post explains where to put them if you need to know.
