Ive finally ordered also, but..... I do get this message through email:

Quote: "The payment you submitted of $15.00 was other than the required $19.95.
This indicates that you might have attempted to defraud our payment system.

This transaction attempt has been logged.

Please contact xxxxxxxxx@xxx.com if you feel this is in error.

Sorry guys.. The coupon system seems to be failing. I have updated the original post above. Price at the online store refelects $14.95 until Friday.

There should be no issues now.

Also I sent out download access to users who have purchased today that received that message. Sorry for the confusion.

Hey, I know your website is below your posts, but you still probably want to put it in the body of your first post, for people that don't know.

Just finished a app which uses RastaMans Packer. It allows for a menu system to load and run compiled levels from within it. It won't load a single level from with a multiple level compile however. It is designed to work with unpacked FPSC games, Packed ones(I use FPSCPacker also!)or even 3DGS compiled levels.

I am trying to finish up the help and get it up on the website for downloads. Screen dump of it follows:

Warfare Unlimited R&D

Sounds good Warfare Unlimited, I'm working on a similair application also, but found that it isn't a the best solution around.

I've finished my game by now 14 levels. If I compile it all in to one exe the game is about 200Mb, packed a lot less. If I do build the 14 levels one by one, the game ends up being over 2Gb..... that's just not funny anymore.

But back to FPSPack.... it's awesome! I'm very glad I did get it, works great.

Rastaman, thanks for the sale!!!!!

Benjamin A,
With DVD's, 2 gig isn't an issue anymore. I always said 16k was plenty but times change!

I developed the app for our use but will probably release a freeware version(ad for us in it). A few piasters more will get your own logo and sound included in a customized embedded AVI that replaces our splash screen.

Yeah RastaMan, your app just keeps getting better!!

Update... Things progressing slow. Mainly due to the fact of a 'ultra-slow' FPSC patch release.

I have been checking the forums for sometime, but it appears no word on the next update will be given (wonder if it will, been a long time and fpsc has many bugs yet).

As for FPSPack in its current form, its stable and provides what many users have requested. Thanks for all the support and comments. As for the next update, other than a few fixes and slight additions, major releases will not be seen until a patch for fpsc has been announce and released.

Its been a long wait. I have developed a few shooters at approx 80% complete rate, but since there are so many unaddressed issues, my copy on my HD is collecting dust these days until a patch that will address these things. Keep in mind however, the FPSPack project is still alive, just dormant like the FPSC patch schedule.

Sorry I can't resist and I know I have said this before but, FPSPack is one of the originals if not the first utility for FPSC. It has a clean professional interface and works great. It is as useful today as it was when first released.

Thanks Rastaman and good to see you are still poking around.

I believe it's still available through Rasta's site (though I haven't checked lately); we bought it a few months ago. Good to see you still stop by once in awhile though.

Has anyone tried the RastaWorld site?
According to RastaMan if you buy FPSPack all upgrades are free.
It turns out I might have the latest version but who knows as he has not responded to any of my posts and e-mails.
If you can still purchase it I recommend you do so.

Rastaman,

After reading your post, I started digging through my old emails and found where you had sent me a link for FPSCPack 3. I have replied and requested you to reactivate the link. I also want to Apologize for stating that you had not sent me a link for the update. I was wrong. I have enjoyed your products and look forward to new updates.Thank you.

LoL. Let me make a random comment that only a few will understand

Quote: "Total Content Protection"

Yes, FPS Pack does have it's uses now, but in the mist of it all there are other mocks rising up. And if you feel that the compactness of FPS Pack is worth it, buy it. But just remember what I have said many times before, FPS Pack can be imitated with standard software online, if you care to look.

Of course there is a level of sophisitcation required so for the interface and ease, yes, for what it does, no.

Your Mod was deleted by the Government.

I am upgrading to a new online store and in the process of moving over the accounts.

Many if not all registered users should receive an email over the next few days from the new store with a registration code. Past purchasers will need to create a new account at the online store, and use the registration code to activate your FPSPack downloads.

Afterwards, when new updates are released, you can log into your account at the new store and download the latest version.

----

I have a list of updates being worked on for the next release. As of now, the release date is expected to be within 2 weeks. Again thats the expected date and I may call on past purchasers for beta testing.

One alarmed (user) with a really foul mouth thought he got recharged for FPSPack.

For one, this is impossible, all previous transactions were done via 3rd party merchants (PayPal and 2Checkout). There is no way for users to be re-charged on their previous purchase.

Again, we are moving past purchases to our new system. The email registered users will receive will have their PAST purchase amount and ORIGINAL transaction ID from PayPal or 2Checkout. The email does thank you for your purchase, but users have not been charged. Emails sent to registered users from this point will show a 0.00 amount paid but have the proper transaction ID so there will be no further confusion.
