Now that you got your mods powers, try to use them properly, BE AN EXAMPLE for everyone, don`t abuse the powers ofcourse, in a few words... do as good job as the "mod squad 1-2" does.

And...Good luck !

Sig. pics are only increasing the loading time of the threads, so why have them...

In the first 50 threads, there are 4 locked ones - 1 team request thread, 2 threads that had decended into squabbling, and an anti-religion thread ... and you think that locking them was over the top?

I don't think so ... even if I locked two of them myself. Each one is covered in the AUP. If you feel like you have to stop posting because of that ... well, don't post. It's your choice.

It's good to see that the new mods have their new privaleges now, and I look forward to seeing how they do. Good luck guys

Well, it is precedented that the mods have their names as MikeS or IanM the only exceptions are VanB (where the B is a letter IN his last name and the "Van" is the first 3 letters of his last name.), CattleRustler, and possibly RPG Gamer.

Fred P, I do agree that the avatar is misleading... it is much harder to tell who you are as IanM (mouse?) has that same icon.

@FPSC Moderators... just got the badge and are already on the job... may I ask who deleted the comical instance where 2 moderators (i think KeithC and Uman) both locked it at the same time? To me, that just seems so commical... 2 mods lock a thread another deletes it later on. (unless I forgot the board... may have).

Either Way, don't stay up too late... and great job.

Unfortunately because of the very nature of moderating, not everyone will agree with your sentiments I am sure and thats unavoidale. However we will do our very best to be fair, responsible and sensible in maintaining a genuine atmosphere of professionalism about the forums where all members can enjoy and benefit too from partaking in membership if they so desire.
