PS: I dont really know if its because the new directx.

There doesn't seem to be anything wrong with the first screenshot...

Can't you re-install the direct x verson included with FPSC to fix the problem?

I'm afraid we need glasses... I think he didn't know what to look for, although I am not certain DX is the issue, try it on another computer with DX 9.0c April

Do you not have another computer? If it is DX then reinstalling FPSC won't do it. If it is your hardware then blah blah, or blah blah...

Don't know what to say, reinstall windows.

merranvo its nice you`re trying to help me. but that all wont work. ive got some other computers here, yeah. but it worked on my computer. i reinstalled fpsc now...and figured out, this bumpmap thing has something to do with the segment editor. i dont believe this tool works bug-free. cause sometimes my normalmaps are only on the backsides ( ! ) of the walls, and sometimes wont even show up.
and something i never got working....a bumpmapped floor.
i saw the video tutorials and have done my segments step by step like in the tut`s....but well...... ?!?

yeah...thats the ticket !

Oh give me a headache... it is hardcoded so it shouldn't be changable... are you using dynamic lights or something?
