this is getting really annoying.
i'm trying to activate dark ai. i entered my tgc email and password that i use to log in but it just brings up the error message "product unknown" why is this happening?

You don't have a recent enough version of DBPro installed. Upgrade it, re-install Dark AI, activate it.

yep i do have a recent enough version, ive got the most recent version.
and i only installed dai after upgrading.

Hope you don't mean your forum/site login, when you buy products from tgc you get an e-mail with a very very long password and you just enter the e-mail in that e-mail and it works fine for me.
