Did you code that in DBP? If you did, all I can say is that it's very good.

Keep up the good work!

It looks cool just two questions.

Where's the life bar?
How do you know what guns you have? or do you just start with all of them?

other then that it looks great! Keep us updated.

Working on an FPS Engine.

Very nice

Keep up the good work, and I cant wait for a demo.

@Milkman
It looks as though he built it in DBP, based on the video I watched (The video looks better ).

Cheers,

That is prettyg cool. You can cut that video file size down by more than half without really loosing any quality with Windows movie maker though.

You can't use FPSC model pack 5 in a Dark Basic Pro game. It says so in the license agreement.

Did you create the levels in 3D World Studio? If so, I would like to know what format you used when loading it into DBP, and if you placed entities in the world via 3dws entities. It looks good so far, I am downloading the video to see it in action.

@Opposing force: Hum, but i have FPSC :s, so, i don't understand why i can't use theses models for DBPRO ...

FPSC - DBPRO ... the same world
Its not like if i made the project using OGRE with theses models ...

But, if it's forbidden ... then i will remove them

@Advancement Games i juste create the walls with 3D World Studio (*.dbo)
But after, for the door, its separated ... with my little editor.

Contact TGC for permission to use the model packs in your DBP game and they might give it to you.

You know if you asked nicely Im sure one of the more skilled modellers could make you some models specially for your games seeing as you already have a fair amount of progress I dont see why not.

One more thing. I'm not sure, but I think that copyrights still belong to Jon Fletcher. You could ask him too.

I don't think that you will have any problems gaining permission to use the media, seeing that you have much progress right now.

PS
When you keep saying edge, I think that you mean each

Quote: "because you edge only show other player in the map."

should be:

Drat, so much for me making one of the few FPS DBP games that you can see your legs! lol...just jokin'. It's a nice addition, I must say, makes it feel more realistic, opposed to say, RTCW, where you look down and see nothing but a shadow.

There is some latency problems ... so if exit just after connect, retry, it will work.
And on Options, don't set Disable "Player Body" ! it will crash.

Wow this looks very promising! As a newb to DBPRO, I really look up to this project!

Keep up the great work!

In later versions, do you think you would be able to implement a Master Server list? Instead of having to find your friend's ip addresses?

Hi I just bought FPS Creator! Want to help me out?

Hi. I've just tested the beta and it's very good. But it would be nice it the player moved a bit faster. And the different weapons is not that variated. Otherwise it's very nice. Good work.

P.S. The club is very nice .

What I noticed/my suggestions:

- When you reach the last weapon, and scroll again, it just stays on you're current weapon. Instead, make it switch to the first weapon again.

- Add lighting effects to the rocket-launcher type gun

- When switching to the sniper, you see the end of the player's left arm.

The game looks really good, havent had a chance to test it with others online though. Bloom makes everything look 50 times better .
