You cannot copyright a Title. Copyright does not protect names, titles, slogans, or short phrases. They may be registered as a Trademark, but that is specific to the nature of the property.

For instance, I can call my game "Nike: Goddess of War" all I want...Unless it's a game about a running shoe, then you get into trademark law.

"End of Days" is a movie, but this game is not in any way a representation of that movie. The movie "End Of Days" is under copyright protection, but the Title is not.

There's lots of info on copyright law for the US and other countries on the internet. Check it out.

O.k. That's a bummer. Now I can spend some time thinking up another name for the game. It shouldn't really take me that long. Thanks, though for that info.

butyouman Great. Do the sample lines I have posted on this page. Email them to me. I haven't really heard from anyone else, so you now have the job. Please respond back soon.

New date: Monday, 25th
O.k. Here is an updated list of the people who might (in some cases will) get the roles they are requesting. Below is a list of the people who are interested in certain roles. The people who are in regular type, are the ones who are doing good and have sent me a sample. The people in italics are the ones who I don't really know where you are on this, chances are, I've emailed you. Post back soon. The ones with a bulb(), are the ones who have till Monday the 125th to respond back to me with you an update on your status. If you do not do so, I will eliminate you from the list.

Each time the date goes by you move one step closer to being kicked off the list. i.e.- italic people turn to blub's regular type people turn to italics.

If you see your name with a hourglass next to it, that means that I'm either awaiting permission to send you a sample, or waiting for you to post your sample. If you wait to long to respond, I'll eventually get sick of you waiting, and kick you off, which is indicated by a trash can. You won't be totally kicked off until your name disappears.

A star means that you are no longer bound by the list. You will be expected to keep in touch, but at your convenience. But, be warned: you are subject to elimination as well.

I have quite a mature voice, a bit darker than most people. Like a news reporter or some director at the US Marshalls as seen in movies. But before i can say i help i need to know if this is like a payed job, or free one.

PAS Sure! sp.ex@hotmail.com

Trinity Pictures All right. You can do whatever you want as a sample. Just don't make it something silly like "Hi!", or "What's up?" At least 2 sentences. I respect your admiration for Dark Fact. However, I he still needs to respond back to me. I will consider letting him off the hook (considering he's all I got for the part!).

Great, thank you. I was actually thinking of stuff like a slide projector, with everything being static and everything. Boxes, barrels, and maybe stuff you'd find in a bunker, barbed wire, things like that. Could you make your sample .ms3d format, and all your stuff to be in .zip format when you email it to me. Do you do texturing, or not?

No, I don't have a publisher. I'll check out the site
