Among this special case, provided "Dbproguy" got the post, and is in fact the same as Dark Basic Pro Guy, then they shall both be refered to as one entity, in which case the contestent with the largest amount of points in the entity keeps his points, while the lower gets his points dissolved -- or taken away in other speak.

This new entity shall be refered to as "dbpg", which is the appropriate minimization.

In light of this remarkably new evidence presented to us by BiggAdd, we have no choice but to cast a shadow of doubt on DarkBasic Pro Guy's testimony. Lying under internet-oath is a serious violation of the internet treaty and is punishable by the ban-penalty.

...It is however, a possibility that the accoused is telling the truth. In which case he must find a way to prove it or be stripped of his points.

DB PROgrammer v. DBPG

As the set time has been reached, I will now deliver the verdict. BiggAdd's testimony has cast reasonable suspicion on the alibi that dbproguy is actually the brother of DarkBasic Pro Guy. As DBPG (the entity of DarkBasic Pro Guy and dbproguy) has failed to present evidence that shows otherwise, there can be no doubt that dbproguy is actually a second account created by DarkBasic Pro Guy. Therefore, as per the rules of this thread and the decision of our supreme ruler, Aaron Miller, all points belonging to dbproguy will be dissolved and he will be removed from the list. Also as per the rules of this thread, DarkBasic Pro Guy will lose half of his current points, rounded up, for double-posting, as it has been proven that he is one and the same as dbproguy.
Now all that remains is to award 500 points for the just winner of post 2,000. As DBPG double-posted to win that post, his second post shall be ignored in the awarding of these points. Therefore, DB PROgrammer has won post 2,000 and is awarded 500 points.
