@ ima desparate maker, no the guys talking about it are selling their
models there, so I think they have some kind of pre-release where they can see their models.
@ everbody else, I think this looks cool and I hope to use it much when it comes out!

No the store has not opened yet

Quote: "X9 is outdated"

The reason that they are deevolping most models for X9 is becuase most people dont have the money to go buy a X10 compatible computer just to get a few models plus they would have to by FPSC X10 as well so... would you rather keep the current version of FPSC you have or Buy a 1050$ computer for 10 or 20 models

If you are under 18 then you will have to get a parent or guardian to sign up for you and you will also have to counter sign it. You parent/guardian will be responsible and any finance will be paid direct to them.

Store will be made to work under X9 first. When it's all sorted and we know it's working fine we'll deal with X10. This is a huge project for us that has to work and be stable, so one step at a time.

Could I instead of being PAID for my models just have credits instead.
So instead of getting a bit of money a few points would be prefered. Then I wouldn't need a debit card or whatever.

I'm just going to say this right now. A store modeler is a job (yes a job). You get paid in real money, have to keep up to date, so it is a job. You can't get paid in points because if you went to a fast food restaurant and said "Can I get paid in french fries and milk shakes?" they would look at you like you were crazy. There, maybe this will stop all the questions (but probably not).

That's the way it works, you can cash in but you get paid in points first.

Not exactly, you have to earn a certain amount of money to be able to cash in.

lazerus, it doesn't matter which modelling program you use, as long as you have the legal right to use it, and the models are FPSC ready.

How about x10 models-- like the monsters-- is there any chance we might see some version of them converted to x9 and placed in the store?

Also, can't wait for the store! Need Simon Benge trees!!!

Wait for June now, so the Grand Opening can be headlines in the newsletter.
Besides, they haven't added me to the "publishing artist list", yet.

Just to ask.... will we still be able to sign up as modellers when the store is released publicly? Because i am going to really try and improve my animating skills, so i can create weapons.

Its taking long because they do not want it to be buggy, since a buggy store might cause people to lose money.

And they want enough stuff in it so we won't be moaning for new stuff in it...

The store items are looking great! I have 40 rooms already uploaded and have about 20 more before the weekend. All of the Artists creations are great. Bond1's characters are out of this world. Can't wait to use them in our horror games. Wait to you guys see the store. There is so much to choose from and would like to thank TGC for everything they do for us including the store they will release very soon....

Rick,

Is there a minimum number of entities that you will need in order to give us our own section?

I like the idea,it would be good if there were a Pack or model wishlist to avoid having a lot of the same type of model maybe.
I must make some stuff for this

Trust me, this thing is worth the wait guys! There is some great content on it, and some of the model packs have their contents on it too, which allows you to purchase certain models instead of them all.(Bond1's model packs are in it, and some parts from Model Pack 5 too)

I am not Rick but as far as I know you dont need a lot of ready entities or segments in order to enter as a publisher.
There are people with only 1 -3 things in their section. But the more you mkae, the more you earn

You just need a few good examples of what you can do, then we can move to setting up a seller account.

Why would you even worry about getting suspended? Thats just if you make something illegal, like using stuff wich you have not created.

Or do you mean the payout?
