SWEET! I am glad that you didn't leave. You can be one to push fpsc to the limits!

Was this just some kind of publicity stunt to get people worked up? No offense man but you're getting near AI standards in terms of "leaving" and coming back

@Paul112: Urm..how about..No. I shall be leaving when I have enough enough time to learn tourqe script, or afford another engine..so I would get to comfortable with me using FPSC for ever.

@maras220: Maybe

@darimc: Thanks.

i was just going to say that if you want a expansion from FPSC after you finish this i believe that the hammer editor that uses the half life engine or the unreal engine are some of the best that match your requirments.
hope this was helpful
screens looking great want to see more..!

Thanks for the Comments all. You should expect some screenshots tonight, and most probably a demo next week. I have now got some neat camera effects working in DS such as dynamic real time changing of FOV and Camera shaking!..So it's all kicking off over in DS land!

Stay tuned Guys!

Ah yes, it appears my open-source style is working out quite well

Are you using a source mod or a DLL mod for this?

I like it a lot but it appears freakishly dark on
my monitor... and that doesn't happen very often with dark
pictures.

@Astek: It probably is slightly Dark for you because one, due to FPSC screenshots coming out a tad darker than they actually are, and two, It's in the early stages on construction so I haven't quite finished the lighting yet

Er...

Because it's not realistic if it's absolutely black, and it's not scary if it's pitch black. It's just dark and annoying because you have no idea what's going on.

Thanks for the comments guys!. Just so you know, I went to a DS Team get together last night, and consequently, didn't get back until 3am so I was rather tired, and didn't get to compile the demo as promised!, but don't worry, the demo shall be with you before Christmas day!. Any features/Improvements you would like to see in this demo, please mention Now while the demo is in construction so I can create the best experience possible.

Hang tight guys, not long to wait!

The screens are good.
I hope the story is it, too.

Do you give your modified dll mod away for free. That would be nice

He already released his "Modified" Dll... but I wouldn't recommend you to use it, he just modified the "Dll Infos" and nothing else, I don't think that this is very legal... search for "Enb Mod" on Google, that is "His" Mod.

Your Work looks nice so far, keep it up.

Hey Guys!,
Here is a quick unfinished shot showing one of the Dynamic Camera Effects in action. In this instance, its Dynamic FOV alteration. For the new users, that means that I can alter the camera to create such drug induced effects, or maybe pan the camera inwards at a certain point to highlight a certain asset.

More to come tomorrow or tonight If i can get the camera shake working

Feedback welcome

Man, this is the sickest mod for an FPSC Horror game ever . I hope that you do a good job on DS as I already love the screenshots. Will you ever be releasing this mod? I understand you keeping it to yourself just for this game, as it requires tons of work to make modifications.

Nice one man. I can't wait for the demo!
I also have a big favor to ask of you. I don't know if
you checked your email of not but I'm in need of some help.
Remember those corpse eater models you were going to use and
that whole pack you received? I lost them on my PC and I was hoping
that you still had that pack. If you do, can you email those models
to me? They served a good deal in Dusk and I really want them
in the game.

Reply soon man.
(And if you forgot, my email is still [email protected]).

It's too dark, and the lighting seems wrong on the monster.
