Hi Rob,
Its your Win98SE user here
I just downloaded and installed Beta2b, when I loaded up a project and hit compile I got an error saying a require .DLL wasn't present, the file it was after was the exe filename for my project!? This only happenend once so far. This is from loading an existing DBP project, not a New Project in your IDE.
I'm also getting a compiler error dialog in the background saying "CFileBuilder:AddPCKtoEXE", this is random between using the icon, the menu and the shortcuts. Actually, this seems to only occur if I have a) a hardcoded full path to my media in the mode, or b) the media attached via the Media Files, if I have the models in the same directory as the project (and I load them without specifying a path so it assumes cd) then its ok so far. The project settings are on "Normal Executable" and I'm using DBP 5.1b btw.
Some other issues...
- when I load a project the scroll bar/cursor should return to the top?
- when you hit Add in the media panel can the default location be the location of the current (as apposed to previous) project?
- using the media browser, after I've displayed the model info (while rotating) and I zoom in and out a bit I get a error dialog "Unable to load file - Unknown type"
The compile and when you close your app and return to the editor is well speedy though, cool.
Thanks in advance,
