I am a storyteller that has an awesome storyline. I am also an artist that has experience with character design. I’ve done some 3d modeling with Maya and have a crew of outstanding artist at hand ready to work. I need some local talent that is willing to work with me on a project that I have ASAP. Yes I could do the game my self but I’m thinking something big that would take me forever to do alone. I am the only technical person so far in my crew with little game creating experience. I want a solid core of guys that are able to perform quickly and produce quality. If you are interested email me for further info. I prefer so cal residents although it’s not mandatory.

Man...you are really setting yourself up to be flamed like nothing else...browse forums before you post your stuff. Lemme blow some holes in this...
Quote: "I’ve done some 3d modeling with Maya "

No proof.
Quote: "I am also an artist that has experience with character design"

Yet again, no proof.
Quote: "I need some local talent that is willing to work with me on a project that I have ASAP."

No details on this "project".

Can't forget this one, what storyline?

So write a book.

Sorry, but storyline first, gameplay afterwards is a very dangerous road to go down.

You can't put 4 hamsters in a cage and boast you have a "crew of outstanding artists".

You should listen to your mother more often.

Yeah but Hamsters use 3DS MAX, as opposed to the Gerbil-Favorite MilkShape3D.

Team requests with no proof is looked down upon here. Reminds people to much of the days with a team request forum.

Back then there was alot of posts like.

Man dude, i have this elite haxor uber c00l idea for Halo 2 mmorpg. Ya boi, this ones going big. now all i need is a uber leet programmer to program it. and an uber 1337 ModelEr who will model all the models and rig them too. with super relistic realtime RaDiosity. and ill take a11 the credit of course.
Sincery,
MyGot Scamer

that was fun to write, anyways moral of the story dont post team request without proof

can't believe no one mentioned mice, great cat food, and work real fast when being chased by cats (hence my 18 cats) and look at the progress they made, you see, my team and cats and mice have made such great games like Splinter Cell, Hitman, ooh and fluffy the cat and skweeky the mouse made the final fantasy lot, if you don't believe me, well fox is run by monkeys, so surely that shows some logic unlike this thread......

Right, on a serious note, keep yaself up to date with forum rules before posting, people like the above (myself including) can seem a bit harsh on people who don't check & obey the rules, you can imagine how irritating it is having the same annoying thing repeating over and over, like the crazy frog really, so to us, now you are the crazy frog.

Believe me hatchet boy, these guys rip apart us artists, i suggest showing some proof of everything you claim to have in progress... Also keep this in mind... no one wants to do hard ass work for you when all they get is "credit" (which means there name on the credits page, which nobody looks at) in a game that probably isnt even going to make it to the first beta testing... haha... Everyone has told you about the rules now, so theres no mistaking them now . Welcome to the game creators forum .

Dudes. We don't need the ANAA. We are North American based as it is.
(With branches in the UK, France and Japan)

Other then that, good work team. Mission accomplished, we're going out for pizza. (And catnip)

You will need to put up with cats. Lots of cats.

Other then that, you don't need anything to join. You're in.

Jane was just kidding about the email, she joined these forums months before I did, and started the cat craze which I later took over after she left. I'm such a phoney.

Haha. I wish I'd gotten here sooner.

axeman - I am a game making GOD. I program and model. Sometimes 3D, sometimes underwear. More like a 'god' than a 'God'. Like Apollo riding around on his chariot of fire, picking up babes. Here's a 3D model of me...

Yes, we don't just flame noobs, we enlighten them in hopes of furthering their expanse into the world of non-noobishness. So....yeah....there.
