i just want to know, would making a cd case be a waste of time, im texturing it now, but all it is, is texturing a box, it looks pretty useless aswell...

NEW RENDER

ah, jesus this feels crap showing this, but heres a cd case.... literally 10 secs to model and 1 min to texture...

im not proud of it, but its another thing i csn just throw into the pack... if you think its crap, so do I! so criticism (even if good) will be ignored for this model...

very nice, but id increase the space where the health and ammo numerics will appear, the space u left for them is a bit to small

Colour bars will fit in there. Just like the head for health, make a bar, with less and less colour in it to tell you how much health and ammo you have.

in the mean time, everyone feel free to add to the list of models to make for the pack, it will only be good if it includes what YOU want

NEW RENDER

im glad with this model, although some details arent fully shown, because of shadows, it looks very nice, and looks like a model out of Doom 3!

its an (oldish) widescreen tv with stand, i might need to make a vcr/dvd player or something for the stand...

tell me what you think!

no i havnt, im shipping it right now... lol

NEW RENDER...AGAIN

its another old one, i forgot to upload, its a Dr. Pepper can (w00t for dr. pepper!) the top looks kinda too sharp, just keep in mind, these small models need to consist of low poly-counts

It looks as if you beveled the top out. Looks to flat, and real cans dont look like that. If you change the top, it will look much better.

umm, maybe...anyway, heres what ive got so far, i might go on to touch-up the seams and make it look more realistic, but its nice so far...

im trying to get them to look sharp and grungy, but still look real like hl2 urban textures... its quite annoying, lol

Nice textures Jon. Wish I could make ones like you with paint shop pro. All I can do is colour the textures you can use with the fill tool.

lol, thanks guys, what i hate most is the seams, its all good making textures, but then you can never get them to loop nicely

yeh, it is hard lizblizz, it also takes pointless and annoying amounts of time...too much just for a wall, lol
