It looks good, the animation still doesn't feel completely realistic, but then you're not going to unless you mo-cap a greyhound

Another update. Probably the last one. I don't think I can get it any better than this. There will be six different dogs however, so still some texturing to do.

I have been looking at your animations and thinking there is something not quite right, the dogs legs look like they are just swinging backwards and forwards.I think whats needed is the forelegs
should look as if they are taking the dogs weight, more of an undulating effect if you see what I mean.

I will try and describe what I'm thinking a little better.
Its like the cycle starts with the rear legs springing the dog forward it then lands on its front legs while bringing up its rear legs to start the cycle again, like a rapid vaulting motion.
This is not so much a critisim than an observation, you have already made great progress.

Animation is all about weight and mass.
there is no weight load on the dogs joints.
you need to simulate a little weight loading on the joints of the dogs legs.
this was drummed into me when I was a tweener at Disney in kippax st Sydney.
the tail is a little incorrect as well.
I must say tho pincho you are doing really well to stick with this.
good luck mate, Your praise is well deserved.

If no-one gives your an answer to a question you have asked, consider:- Is your question clear.- Did you ask nicely.- Are you showing any effort to solve the problem yourself 

I wanted to say good wjob! here is what I have noticed.

The body of the greyhound is to bulky. Greyhounds have more of a streamline appearance. The neck is way to thick and not long enough to be a greyhounds neck, and the stomache area should be about half as thick as you have it now. also the way you have the animation makes the dog look like it is flailing from a hoist. The head and neck on a greyhound moves very little when it is running and it normally sits down under the shoulder level as opposed to the position you have it. Look at it this way from the base of the skull to the base of the tail should not move very much with the exception of the rear pelvis area which rolls under the back most portion of the stomache. Before anyone asks I do own a greyhound. I am just offering some critic. Keep up the great work!

Brill work, will look great in game even as it is. The faster and further the view is away the less you'll notice the minor imperfections. Most people will be concentrating on the action but if you can perfect it even more all the better.

Thanks!!! I tried making the body thinner, but this is creating a lot of problems with the muscles. I might give it another go tomorrow, but the glitches are hard to get rid of. The movements are tearing the dog apart.

Here's a thinner body, and improved leg movements.

Animating's one of the harder things to do, so you're doing a pretty damn good job.
