Here's some pics of the new interface:



As you can see from the second, you'll be able to add images to animated decals individually and all at once (from a folder) totaling 16. Animated decals will also have a preview option.

Actually I regret to say it will be longer than expected, the old code is messy and doesn't like the transfer, so I'm re-writing the normal decal part from scratch. Then I have to write Windy Paper and Thick Decals, and make a new model w/animations for Windy Paper. Animated Decals were done with functions that are easy to move over to the new version.
