Yup Yup.

Slaved away for two days. I had originally been using Benge's decal markers, as I hadn't ever made my own. When I decided to sell the light decals, I knew I would have to make my own (so as not to break copywrite). I figured if you're gonna do something, do it well, so I put the time into matching the decals and the markers, so they're really easy to place : what you see in the editor is pretty much what you get in game....it always really bugged me having to mess about with the light decal in benge's pack, because you couldn't tell the height or orientation of it.

Price wise I'm still thinkin! It's taken me a LONG time to get this done. every aspect of the decals is custom. As the ad says, there are 21, and I think £10 for that lot is pretty safe. Under 50p a decal is a really good deal considering each one has a mesh, decal, and FPE, plus all of the orientation and positioning work done. I don't really know if I'll get many sales at that price, but anything less I'm just ripping myself off! Anyway, what do people think?*

*anybody asks for a freebie I'm going to say very rude things to them

That looks really great and it would be pretty useful for a lot of people. 13 bucks doesnt sound too bad and it's quality decals you're getting. Great job.

Is this going to be free?

Sorry,Butters...I just always wanted to ask that...feel free to say all of the rude things you want to me...

This looks nice.let me know what the release date is and all that and I will surely buy this.
The one problem I had with the sprite pack's lighting was that it looked decent enough from the side but from the front you could tell it was a flat decal.
This is some more excellent work and I am sure this will be in high demand.Good job!

Thanks for the support guys!

Release date is set for 01/02/07. The 21 decals mentioned above are complete except for editor icons, I could sell now. But I want to do a bit of extra testing, put in a manual, and add a few other decals, such as TV static, monitor, some TV ads, new teleporter decals, subway lights (scrolling) and a few others. These aren't guaranteed mind you. It all depends on time. This is the first piece of FPSC media I'm selling, and I want to maintain a good reputation by only putting out a quality product.

Take your time Mr Fingers, I'd rather see a quality product at a later date than a rushed one, I'd schedule in another week, just to be on the safe side.

I testify to the world that this is freaking awesome. No offense to TGC, but I like this alot better than the animated sprite pack. It is way easier to use. I am not Butters salesman, but if you want light effects, this is a must have.

I'll do one now. I have a test level with most of the light effects.

Please hold off from doing it MK83, as I'd like to get one branded up!

Great luck on this Butter. I would probably be right at the front of the line if it wasn't for the $2226.76 I spent 3 days ago on a transmission rebuild(bout cried seeing same model cars parts with different options parts sell for 120$ when a part for mine was $450). I'll have to watch my entertainment spending a bit. But I'll catch up to you soon as I can.

Just want you to know, supporting the community on a project very well done easily justifiable and the right thing to do. Just because I can't swing it, I hope the community here crashes your paypal on this(Is that the online version of 'break -a-leg', 'crash your paypal'?.
