Whenever you compile a game it always says when your closing it that it should only be distributed as freeware but what would happen if you made your own backdrop using your own textures and only using your models and your textures etc... I think it says in the FAQ that the reason you can't sell a game is because you are using their media. What if you didn't use any of their media?

Not that I would ever want to sell a game made with it but I have always wondered!

Keep-me-laughing.com Rocks!!! Lets all go to codeshare.co.nr!!

The reason you cannot sell it is because of the licence that comes with the product, the media has nothing to do with this, if you wish to sell a game using 3DGM then you must buy the commercial licence.

Which will cost you a poop load in the first place, plus i doubt that very many people would buy a game made with 3dgm so there really is no point in the first place.
