Those are still in place, but Zach doesn't want to be called Jane and he's trying to slink out of it.

It's funny to see furries RAEG over how annoying bronies are, and then the bronies get butthurt, and in the end both are pretty creepy to the outside world... and then I remember I'm kinda part of both... well not much into furry bsnss anymore.
Yay~ for weird fandoms and escapism! (I'm unsure how the latter one is defined, but I figure I'm doing that to some degree, whatever it is!)

Random post is best pony. Have some Sparkle.

I dont know about furries because i was never interested in that stuff but my guess is, furries think bronies are annoying because unlike bronies, furries aren nearly as much "in your face" about it as bronies, I do think furrie fandom is weird and i am guessing furries realize that and dont share it with the outside world, Being an MLP fan, i have a hard time resisting sharing the magic of friendship with people.

I also suspect that MLP FIM are a conspiracy, The cartoon was drawn out and animated to psychologically appeal to teenagers-adults on a subconios level completley zombyfying this particular age group. I myself am a little afraid as i dont remember getting so obsessed over something as much as i obsess over MLP. And its strange that MLP FIM apperaed right around the time when worldwide anti government protests started happening and the youth that suddenley became politically active and involved in occupy wallstreet and such, all of a sudden dropped their interest in politics and started obsessing over ponies (myself being an example). Of course this conflicts with another conspiracy theory involving the HAARP project, but maybe not, Maybe the obsession with ponies is infact a result of HAARP project.

Back to my pony obsession, i am reading an EPIC FANFIC now called "Stories in Stone"
http://www.fimfiction.net/story/1918/Stories-in-Stone
Minor spoiler (you find this out in the first chapter anyway)

Epic action-packed adventures, political intrigue, conspiracies, drama and tragedy. Some humor but its totally hilarios humor.

The first few chapters might be a little slow with all the exposition and introduction to charecters, but it gets really good and every chapter is better than the one before

The OC charecters are really awesome and i really highly reccomend this to anyone looking for a nice epicly fat fanfic that will keep them glued for a few months, (i have been reading this for more than a week and i am still not even halfway done with it)

Definatley something that will inspire me to drawy something after it

Ugh, I just feel like leaving the fandom now, anyway. Everything seems the same now. Same mediocre rap dominating the music, same artists taking the headline spots, same cookie cutter narratives for stories.

Quality aside, the repetition is doing my head in. I haven't visited eDaily since I completed Allegrezza. I just don't care about this fandom anymore, there's nothing to strive for a do that hasn't already been done, parodied, tributed to, fanarted, fan musiced, remixed, and plain-up copied...

I mean, I'm quitting writing soon anyway. I just haven't bothered keeping up with the show nor the fans lately. I just find it so hard to enjoy what bronydom's making now.

Somebody in your head CG? Doesn't sound like talk you can level with. Bad day? (not that I entirely disagree of course, but pretty sharp shot if you ask me)

Yeah I think every 'fandom' or whatever you want to call this will have certain people who try to shove said fandom 'down your throat' and if you don't instantly like it they'll freak out
The bad thing is that those people and also the haters will make up most of the 'image' the people from the outside have of that fandom... but whatever, haters gonna hate. I'm not trying to convert bronies or bombard them with MLP content, so they can't complain.
... what? xD
I think while FiM is a well produced, solid show it's mainly the brony fandom which makes people stay. Maybe people are tired of politics and other things, and need something to escape into (I'm there myself). But it's not that the show is a 'conspiracy' for triggering that... people choose to get into it, and inspire eachother instead of hating/trolling or whatever. The parts of the fandom I've seen are pretty amazing in that there's no aggression or destructive criticism, and that's what I like about this.

Quote: "Definatley something that will inspire me to drawy something after it"

That's what i meant! I mean, all artistic media can inspire or touch you, but that all this was born through FiM, and 4chan of all things... it's pretty amazing, isn't it?

Quote: "Ugh, I just feel like leaving the fandom now, anyway. Everything seems the same now. Same mediocre rap dominating the music, same artists taking the headline spots, same cookie cutter narratives for stories.

That's a shame... but you been here much longer than I have, for example. I can see how it can get to you. I'm only here since 3-4 month now, and I'm still enjoying it But people move on. You can't do this forever, that'd be very strange to say the least... So, CG, will you stop writing pony after the commissions? Or what did you mean by that... I'm still hoping you were just having a bad day, I'd love to atleast see Gumdrops & Heartstrings continued... but whatever you feel like is the best for you, well it's your decision. I hope everything works out for you and Dan

Quote: "I think some guy called him gay when he was a brony."

I think he can handle that

Edit: Oh hey had this tab open for hours Didn't even see your post there coffee...

Edit2: Submitted Mr. Pony Shephard to my dA now, incase anyone wants to see him, head over to my profile... but it's not much different from what I showed you, only added very simple shading over it...

@ CoffeeGrunt

I think it's safe to say you've been a great inspiration to us all, considering you were the one that introduced MLP to TGC in the first place. I'd like to thank you for that.

I agree with you that it has become very repetitive. The only thing that's really keeping me going in this fandom are the fan fics, and of course the new episodes. Your fan fic was really awesome to read as well (like I mentioned earlier in my feedback).

Hope to see you around And please don't give up with writing. You're really good at it.

*sings* Shoo be doo~ shoop shoop dee doo~ Call upon the sea ponies...

Also, apparently Applejack is a silly pony.

But yeah, G1 was produced 10 years before I was born

Meh.
I was sitting around at 6pm bored, and only 1 hour later i realized I missed ponytime And now Xyro ran into some issues, delaying the 1080ponies

This episode better be good. (Well there's no way it'll not be...)
Also, I heard Spitfire is in it. But I tried not to be spoilered beforehand.

Edit: Finally it's up! But I can't stop replaying the first 15 seconds, because Derpy <3
I love the team behind this show!
(
1080p youtube link[removed], in case anyone needs that! It's on EqD anyways...)

*watches ponies*

Oh god Fluttershy is a tree I think I'm starting to realize why Xyro said this was best episode... (or whoever posted the post on EqD)...

...

*continues to pony pony*

New episode was enjoyable, I rate it 8/10. Thanks for reminding me RedFlames on BiggAdd's server

I can't help but point out that something about the animation has changed. Is it just me? I have a feeling that the older episodes had smoother animations...

[beep]
Well except for 21 and 22, but those should be easy to find (until all of this get's taken down... I thought the HD ones in that channel would be down by now?...)
[/boop]

Edit:
Also, I spent 50% of my whole weekend reading "The Games we Play"... 140.000 words... That's longer than most books, I think. You should not try to read that all at once, and fall asleep in the middle, only to continue reading when you wake up lol.

I think the fic is very well written, and with some nice twists. It could be classified as a 'shipfic' but I think it's more than that. It's about RD meeting Mare Do Well again, who seems to be somepony stalking her, and MDW wants to make her fall in love with her; while RD tries to figure out who this mare is. Until the end I wasn't really sure who or what was behind that mask, might be more obvious to others (dunno?). The end was different from what I expected, and kind of too 'happy ending' to me... but all in all it was very good. The emotions and characters of RD and MDW were written excellent, I felt like the other Mane Six characters were too flat in some places.
In case you don't like certain Mane Six ships... well let me put that in a

All in all I'd say this is some kind of coming-of-age / emotional conflict / whatever-i-dunno-lol thing between RD and MDW... and by that I mean I liked it

Well I guess there's just not much to talk about when it comes to ponies anymore... I'm a huge fan of pony fiction, but not many have read as much as I have... Speaking of which:

@ Quik

How far are you into Blood is Thicker than Friendship? I'm at page 124/400. I find it's quite a slow read, I don't think I've ever taken this long to read one story. Not that it isn't enjoyable of course.
