I just wanted to wish Lee and TGC the best of luck in the Intel competition. You have seen it all and programmed it all, and I'm glad I'm not the one going up against you. Now show us all how it's really done!

Thanks a lot Hodgey!

I'm lucky enough to be helping Lee on this project (I'll get some new AppGameKit commands to try out too)

The more people that vote for Lee the better it is for our chances so please check out the blogs and vote for your favourite *cough* Lee *cough*

I find it odd that all of the links on the site lead back to the same page(they must be placeholders at the moment)... but good luck to all regardless!

No longer

Well, I hope to see a masterpiece. What else could possibly be crafted by TGC Lead Developer, Commercial Director and their minions?! (Just kidding on the minions part . I've meant qualified employees)

Good luck .

I just read about the project which you guys are creating and it sounds like a good one. Although I'm not in the targeted demographic I'll still give it a shot when it's released so I'll keep a close eye on the blogs.

That site really doesn't bode well for Intel's competence, does it? I mean, multiple voting? Anybody'd think it was Florida!

Oh, you guys are serious? I was joking.

I might vote every now and then because it's supposed to be a 'weekly' thing but whatever makes you (and Lee) happy.

I didn't think you could vote a lot of times. Maybe once or twice but I didn't know if my second vote counted.

It's a daft vote anyway. What are we voting for - looks? If so, Lee must be getting a high percentage of the blind vote!

Have you guys read the blog post and all the yummy stuff TGC are adding to AppGameKit? Well, perhaps nothing new if you have read the newsletter but it's nice to see they want to use that stuff in the competition.

In the blog lee mentions that the app for the contest will be done in AppGameKit and it will be 3d!

I think this blog has brought it more news in 1 single day, than we got in the past 2 months!!!!

I think TGC should enlighten us customers, the way they are doing with the general public on this blog!

It was in the TGC newsletter first

I'll let you know how I get on with the 3d commands when I start using them

I just read the blog. Poor Lee, having to install VS2012 twice and VS2010 once.

Those ulrabooks look awesome and they're branded Intel. When will those hit the market?

Thanks for the support guys and gals, it's great to get a thumbs up from the community! No need to 'rapid-fire' the vote button as it's not fair on the other developers and I am pretty sure the rules say something about not bringing your army with you By all means check out my blog each week and vote if you think I've not totally lost the plot. Sorry you're getting more juicy info from the blog than from the forum and tweets. Normally such information is moderated so we don't get your hopes up about features that may never happen. In the case of the blog, you'll be seeing it all happen live, even the features and commands that back-fire spectacularly. My advice is take all our lofty aspirations with a pinch of salt until you see a video or demo running said feature. From further research since the blog post, it looks like we'll probably have to plum for another platform exclusively for Windows 8/Metro. My fear is that I cannot mix WinRT and our Win32/OpenGL code, and the next blog will reveal all the juicy details for sure. In the meantime, thanks again and happy AppGameKit coding!

I have always wondered what happens behind the scenes so it'll be good to get a peek, no matter what the outcome.

May the force be with you.
