Use Nutt, an acorn, and battle the squirrels. A screenshot is attached, and you can download it here.

http://www.ihud.com/file.php?file=1128541388/Squirrel%20Wars.zip

.

controls:
Arrow keys: move Nutt
Space: jump

in one level,
return: switch from Nutt to Shell
shift: tackle as Shell

Hints:
Always look around; there are secret passages on some levels.
Remember, Nutt's jump is slightly delayed.
Enjoy!

I think it might be, because it worked when I tried. Wait... I figured out the problem... I think.

Don't try downloading until tomorrow...

I gave the wrong link. My fault. Ugh.

Cool! I beat it, and it's very good. But the main game is kind of sort. I like how there are so many mini games, and how the mouths move when they talk, and the secret at the end was very cool! I like your use of particle effects. But why wasn't the dance mini game included in the mini game section?

I think... He went to the ihud home page and typed in "Squirrel Wars.zip". I think.
How did you like it Bizar? Did you find the "Special" mini-game? That's my favorite part. I play it over and over.

Edit: nope. How did you get it, Bizar?

Editedit: never mind! he went to the place at the top of the page! It workes now!

Exnocythe: look at the edit above you.
Edit: Bizar, I agree, the main game is short. I had been adding tons of stuff at the very end, but i was just updating the levels. The moving mouths, that was in the demo. I just changed the dance level to not quit. The reason the dance level is not in the mini-games is because I already had about (no kidding) 5000 lines of code, and about 200 of that was the dance level. If i added 3 dance mini-games, that would be adding about 600 lines of code!

I used the link at the top (of this thread).
The special mini game?? Oh! I remember now! Sorry, there are just so many that it's hard to remember them all. Yah, that one's pretty cool! I like how it ummm... I guess I shouldn't say anything about it since it's a special... but I really liked it.
The menu is also pretty cool. I like how Nut starts talking to you if you don't do anything.
Again, good job. This a a very fun game.
I think for your next game you should do something based around collecting mini games, and then have a cool place like there is at the very end of squirrel wars for the area in which you collect them. I think that's what Animal Crossing is, so something like that or warioware mixed together... if you want to.

bizar: thanks. Nutt talking is one of the last additions i did.

the nerd: ok, ill link to the filefront download when i get the chance.

peter_: a 404?

zotoaster: thanks.

exnocythe: try again, I think it works now. If you only tried 2 days ago then I know the problem, it wasn't done getting uploaded and it works now.

the nerd: see "the nerd"

exnocythe: see "exnocythe"

louiz of rohr: Do you have dial-up?

Everyone, what do you think? Have you beaten the game? What's good? What could be made better?
Thanks for your comments so far

I like savefile as well as filefront. Savefile is cool because of their affiliates program so if anyone starts using savefile when you make an account somewhere there should be something about someone who referred you so please put soulflame there.

exnocythe: yep. woooo hooooo!

flindiana jones: use shell and stand on nutt's head.

drew cameron: ok. I'll e-mail it to you ASAP (tomorrow). The reason I keep saying i'll do stuff tomorrow is because i have computer problems... I usually have acess to 3 computers: a mac, a super slow pc with even slower internet (which i'm on right now), and a laptop with squirrel wars on it. the laptop has wireless internet that's not at my house, so i can only use it about once a week.

edit: ugh, i just found out that even when you upgrade your yahoo account you can only send 20 mb... Ok, I have an idea. I will send you 2 files, one with the huge bunch of music and the other with everything else. Empty one into the other and test to see if it workes...
Sorry for the gallons of inconvenience.

Drew, check your e-mail.

A simple trick I figured out: add a limb (sphere) and position it as the mouth. Then, move it back and forth, cuz when it goes back it vanishes and looks like Nutt is closing his mouth. When it goes foreward, it looks like Nutt is opening his mouth.
