hi

I am currently on the look out for a 2d map editor suitable for a side scrolling 2d platformer. I strated my search by going to the game programmers kit for begginers on the dbc page and I came up with this.

it looks great but the problem is that the dark basic libraries download is down at the moment.

Will the direct x download work as well or does anybody know of any other 2d map editors. And yes before you ask I have used the search button and google.

This is a pretty good map editor that I used for Bomb Roller(a 3D tiled game).
