Hello Fellow Game Makers,

Find a new beta uploaded for V110, which includes a number of fixes which works towards a new free version of the software, and also helps Vista users with additional prompts. it also resolves some issues that have been discovered in V109 and did not quite make it into the official V109 update.

Thanks for testing the latest beta and let us know if you find something that worked in V109 and which no longer works in V110.

Whoa, I've still got whiplash from the last update that was released, I guess we can't ccuse you of not trying hard with this engine now, Lee.....

I'll hang for a bit before trying this out, my ol' PC's fragile and I want to be sure it won't cause damage, with all du respect to your coding skills....

I have returned, after 28 days of exile, fear me!

Thanks Lee,

I downloaded it, but I will have to sit out on testing this one.
The stable v109 is what I'll be using until my game is finished.
Have fun people.

Well, maybe I better use this one then, but I didn't want to get any new 'beta bugs' now in this stage of the game.

Sorry but I would rather have VSYNC be able to be turned off then have it automatic.

I also noticed that the Shaders option has been removed from Preferences. Any hint at whats going on with that?

I can't get my copy to build games and it is gray. After messing around it I found that if I change the 'YourSerialCode' value to 0 in the userdetails file it works fine.

If you get mad and want to type something nasty about another person do this-Type what you want to say in the box then press ctrl-a and hit delete then type what you should say.

lukex10,
You can edit your posts even if you are on post approval. They just have to be approved again.
We frown on double posting so you can imagine five posts in a row...
Please attempt to use the Edit Post button from now on.

Edit (see...even I know where the edit post button is):

Lee,
Thanks for fixing the reload bug.Now I can run, reload and scream in fear like a little girl...all at the same time...

What? There's an edit button?

Quote: "Now I can run, reload and scream in fear like a little girl...all at the same time.."

So far I haven't had any problems. That test-map-nofloorlogic seems to work better than the last time I ran it with v1.09.

Edit or Addendum #1:
Oh! the "Edit Post" that's found to the left of the "Back to Top" button.

Let's see...I right click on an entity to make an adjustment.
I hold down the right mouse button to rotate and...nothing.
I can't rotate the camera to make the necessary adjustments to an entity that I have placed.

Fred, I don't seem to have that problem. It works for me. ???

I used the Yeti for my test. First one in the purchased file. I'll try others.

Addendum:

Tried another several entities and using the hold-rightmouse button rotates ok for me in all the directions. (I remembered to use the edit button)

Just throwing tonnes of boxes in a room won't be a good test of FPS tenacity, try running into them to enable physics and see what happens......

Although it is happening for you, LSOTE, as can be seen by the image, it is working OK for me. I'm not losing the text. Have you tried rebooting? Your memory resources might be really low.
