I've studied the wireframes from the two - any bits I've looked at appear to be the same geometry, except one is in tris and the other in quads.
Unless you can compare the images and find spots where the geometry doesn't match.
However Dark Donkey, I'm not going to corner you, point the finger and yell 'cheater', but I can't see any difference between the 2, everybody else please calm down and lets not boo or hiss about this, plagiarism is wrong and unfair of course, but lets not be quick on 'attack mode'. If you know what I'm saying.
But Dark Donkey, the evidence is strong and you can imagine how likely it is and I'm sure you know how nasty people can be about plagiarism, so I stepping in an giving you a get out of jail free card here in your defense, but I'll ask you the question: Did you model this? If the answer is no, then nobody should have any reason to bother you further (if they do, I'll kick them up the backside), after all you're human like the rest of us.
If it's not your model, you needed to fake it my amigo, the point of these competitions is to help improve your modelling skill and create something you'd be proud of, not to win, at least thats was the point when I originally ran these things. So to sound like a cliche, you'd be cheating yourself out of an opportunity.
If they are yours and somebody points out where the gemetry differs enough to confirm it's your model, then I'm sure people will be on their way (even if I have to kick them up the backside to shut their gobs)
You sir have the moral ambivalence of a mutated shrimp!
