everything ive done so far is tech demos, and im picking parts out of all the tech demos to put into one last major piece which will be the actual game
im doing skeleton, models and animation tech demos now, last one was landscape and combat tech demo...
so far ive done collision, map maker, hanging, single, dual wielding, 2-handed weapons, skeletons, landscapes, enemies,
to do is better melee, ragdoll(maybe), annnnnd... improved AI... o, and a nice HUD and menus
so, this engine is coming to an end, then i can make the actual game with nice cinematics and better graphics, loads of weapons, and great story e.t.c.
wow, this engine has taken just over a year of 6 hours a day work so far, i have over 1 gig of tech demos and graphical features, coming to me writting over 1,000,000 lines of code
this engine will be used for ALL my future games, not just COB, so i think its worth all the time im putting into it...
