Agreed. It has to do with the scripting, but the hard part is setting everything up to get the results you want.

Don't double post...

The Quest For The Ring: Epologe (Too Short)

It has been many a day since I have seen the ring, it's beauty, elegance. My masters is the one who seeks it, for what reason's, I shall not know. He hungers to control them, the Betraz me thinks, it hast brought my master to insanity, and left him here to die.

This desert shalt be his grave, the ring from, he shalt part, he cannot live as long as he does not have it, he can not live as long as it exists. But here is the city, the castle of Apollo, here in lies the Empirer whom which the ring resides.

What my master shall do, I do not know, but his desire to control the Betraz is strong. He might kill emporor lee, or he might die whilst he tries.

He aproches the gate, draws his sword.

"Lee, give me the Ring, the BETA's are MINE!", he bellows and charges down the hall...

I tried the models. After a while of toying with them I found out you had too erase where it says:

Texture = (file name)

the .X file will do the rest. The texture shows up fine when you place the entity in FPSC, but when you test the map it's all white. Very starnge indeed.

NOTE: you also have to erase the texture filename in the BIN file. Not just the .FPE

I have a computer animation software that I'm really good with. I could probably make a 3d video of redwall, like a prologue.

Hmmm, would you be able to give us a little demo of what you can do with it? Like, could you make a little movie of when Mattimeo was being talked to by Matthias about Matti's punishment (he got in a fight with Vitch) from the book Mattimeo or something else of your choice?

yeah, I could make an animation of Cluny's army attacking Redwall and redwall launching tons of arrows into the hearts of thier enemies. The mattimeo thing would take a very long time. Another idea is showing the fire going on when Martin's army attacks Badrang's fortress. Yeah, I think I'll do that. I'll post the video of it when I am finished.

Also, if you choose to make your own animation, just get Carrara Studio 3 or 4. I got number 3 and it was only 400 bucks! The quality is good too.

Well, g'bye for now!

Qoute from the book, Mattimeo: "yes, but it would take...days!"

Ok, sounds great!

scene from Mattimeo:

Matthias: "What have you to say for yourself son?"
Mattimeo: "I'm sorry"
Matthias: "Formole said I should whack you!"
Mattimeo: "I'm Very sorry"
Matthias: I was thinking about not letting you go to the feast tonight"
Mattimeo: "I'm very very sorry!"

Ohh crap! Hmm, I had two files for two of the cuts of the video. here is the first part where a slaver of Badrang is looking out from behind the wall to see the fire javelins coming over the wall. The sword looks funky, I know. This clip is about 1/10 of what i can really do, I was just in a hurry, but enjoy.

Dunno. I was thinking about remaking it, but I am still pondering the idea of taking out video clips from the actual movies. It would seem easier, especially of you have a HD camera, which I do. The only problem is that I don't have any redwall videos.

Instead of recording the videos using a camera, conncet your VCR or DVD player uo to your computer, go into Windows Movie Maker (I know it sucks but it works) then find where it says something like "capture video" and rip it straight from, you'll end up with a much better picture then if you filmed it with a camera.

I've got a Canon ZR80

@kw game studios

or I could use Pinnacle studio software. But I mean like connecting my camera to the VCR and recording off of thr VCR, then importing it to my computer. Ya see, I only have one VCR in my home and I need to keep it in the living room

you know, I'm thinking about making a statement and not even useing the movies, the company messed up big with them!

I would like to have a little message about it in the credits list or something. However, I havn't seen all the movies yet, so thats unrealistic.

We don't need to do all the movies our selfs, we could ask www.Terrouge.com to advirtise for someone to do it for free. We probably find someone to do it for free.

I do some extreme sports videos as well. I even did a video on one of my friends at the green river ride down a huge hill. I don't know how fast he was going, but he went off of a ramp and cleared the green river. Mostly I make independent films. One of them was like the matrix. I used wireworks and even did a bullet time thing where we would hang it up on a series of poles that were connected and created a corkscrew type of thing. Then, we let the camera go and it would go down the corkscrew, recording the action. It was pretty cool.
