can you model? Oh, and whatever became of the model pack you and RastaMan were going to release? (Xmod)

You had a barrel model that would look good in the game (Wine Cellars)

P.S. Have you read any of the Redwall books?

lol, ok, well lets see, could you make some stained glass windows?
Like the type you would find in a church? It might be nice to have... oh, five or so models. That is, if you can make them of course.

Thans for all the work you've done!
-Sunflash

P.S. Do you have a banner that I could use to link to your Freewebs site? I'd like to put it on my website.

Well Sunflash, I guess you don't need me, or was it the cursor you needed.......well whatever, I'll make the cursor. And as for what we use, I use Vusual Studio.net 2003, it has icon and cursor creation alond with everything else (VB, J#, C#, C++, installers, and a bunch of other useful things).

I ALWAYS have flame proof jacket...just in case...and a shotgun. If you want any, just ask!

We are all nice, except for that one who's name starts in a m and ends in erranvo.

@Evil Stick
Yes, I need an animated curser. It needs to be the sword of Martin The Warrior (I'll post a description and pic in another post, this one will be to full )

@Wheel Gator,
Hey, in one of the stained glass windows, in the center, could you make a purple arrow pointing to the right?

@Lavitz
That sounds great! It will be a great help! In fact, it might be nice if everyone thats read Redwall comes up with a list of missions, then we could pick some of the best, and make a whole new list, with all our favorite ideas.

Description Of Martins Sword: (Named Ratdeath)

Ok, I'm going to post little parts from the book that describe Martins sword.

Description 1:

Description 2:

as I said, it needs to be animated.
the first frame needs to be the blade WITHOUT the simbols (The simbols need to say "Am That Is").
The second frame is used for when the curser is over a link. this one should be the blade, only it NEEDS to have the simbols on it (Am That Is)
the third and fourth frames are used for when the computer is thinking, it should be a slashing motion, like, |/.
so total, it all adds up to five frames. Hope you can do that

OK, here's some pics: (somtimes you might have to look hard for the object in the pic, the pictures are mostly centered on characters)

This bell is special, it needs to be bronze (I think) and have odd badger markings all around it (pictures of things happening, mostly with animals in it, it will be hard!)

This image includes a bit of the Redwall battlements, thats a segment that we will NEED bad.

Thats about it, however, I left out all the pictures that included weapons and armor. If someone requests those, then I'll post them too.

also, everyone that plans to help (if you have a website), it would be nice if you could give me a 88x31 sized banner to put on an affiliate list. I just want to give credit where tis due. Don't worry, if you want, your names (and websites) will still be put on the credits list, and if you also want, you can still be in the team.

For the sake of all those that havn't read all the last posts, but want to join, we arn't going to officially form a team until V2 comes out, but until then, some of us are busy at work. Take Wheel Gator for example, he's plowing away! And if you can't make segments, scripts, or textures (Or find textures for that matter), then you can always make a list of missions (Like Lavits is doing).

Also, I will put your banner on the Affiliates list if you have a Redwall website. This is just the way I encourage the spread of Redwall.

Okay, first mission complete.

Script for mission 1
**********************
1) Cutscene of father abbot talking to matthias about Martin.

2) objective one - help do some chores around the place

3) objective two - get the place ready for the party
********************************************************

That's all I have for that so far. The next mission will come up shortly.

Neither am I.

By the way, I've also come up with an idea for the next mission. It is where you are playing as a mouse defending a group of creatures going to the feast at redwall. Cluny doesn't come in until the third or fourth mission.

who would you pertect against? Sounds good though, we need to have some action! Do you want to make it so every level you play a different character, (you can play characters more than once, that way our main charater can be Matthias, and we can have the user play him numerous times).

One question, where should the boundries be? I mean, where should the map end? We don't have that much space to make all of Mossflower.

lol, I just found out that my sunday school teacher has a Navy tattoo on his arm, no wonder he always wears long sleaves to church

why don't we each make a list of the programs we have, then if someone needs something done, we know who to ask. Currently, I'm in need of a log boat model, and trees, lots of trees! I'll give more info on that later though.

I own:

Treemagik G2
Terragen (full version freeware, I can make good flying cutscenes and Terrain)
FPSC V1
GIF Construction (I can make GIF animations, as long as the images are supplied)
FPI Maker (it's free)
FPSC Segment Editer
DDS Converter 2.1 (also free)
Camtasia (demo, but it still works dandy)
and for Christmas I hope to get Deep Exploration so I can convert models to .X

I hope to expand my programs drastcly by the time FPSC V2 comes out.

lol, I just got bak from seeing Brian Jacques, he is soooooo funny!
I expected him to be more solemn and quiet, and to just present his book, maybe read from it, then sign books, but it was quite different! He told so many funny stories about growing up, and told alot of jokes. He also RECITED the part in the first book "Redwall" when it introduces Cluny, and he had someone (named David, which means: the beloved son, thats another funny story) who owned the book make sure he sid everything correctly, and of course, he did.

When I got my book signed I gav him the letter, he seemed plesently surprised, then he took it, and quickly stuffed it in his pocket, looked around the room as if making sure no one was watching (which they were) then put his hand to his mouth (pretending to whisper) and said, "Is it paid in full?" I laughed nt knowing what to say, but he looked intent for an answer, so I said "Yes", then he replied, grinning regueshly, "good, another shipment from Columbia!" at this several people that had heard broke into laughter.

All in all, it was the funnest time I ha ever had, I definently want him to come back again! We also made a deal with him, if we keep reading his books, then he'll keep writing them, that means, we have alot more to look forward to I think

Oh, me and my friend also got interviewed for the paper, they didn't really ask much, just name age and where we lived. They took a jolly lot of pictures of us though.

In response to Sunflash's question to me
*****************************************

Yes. First you play as Matthias. Another one you play as Basil. You can even play as Cluny in two or three missions. So, yeah. And another thing, you would be protecting the group from a bunch of random beasts. Not everybody is good and there are lots of bad creatures out there. So I thought, why not? hehe, rhymes.

Congrats on the interview and pics. Sounds awesome. Yeah, I've also updated the second mission. You have a dagger and you need to protect a group from random rats, yes, but you also have to make sure nobody dies, or it's game over. Trust me, it's easier than it sounds. After that the feast begins. But anyway, the third mission has to do with Cluny's cart flying into the ditch and breaking, killing thousands of...I mean hundreds of rats. You then have to protect the cart from small groups of rats just like you did during the second mission. I haven't completed the objectives yet, but I will post later when I do.

Same here. My test games work out inside of the software, but my final exes screw up and say that there's something not compatible with the game. It pisses me off. That is why I haven't posted my game yet and that is why I haven't posted alot.

True, true, Lord Brocktree is better the more you read it.

I am now in the middle of Mission 3, which is actually beginning to get good. You play as basil and it basically shows what basil does before Matthias meets him.
