Cats, dogs, phooey! I prefer budgies. But that might be because we've had at least one, most often two, since way back when I had just learned to walk.

And no, for future 'smart' comments, I did not 'learn to walk yesterday, hurr hurr.'

What in the world is a budgie? Sounds like a chocolatey dessert of some kind.

Apparently "budgie" is another word for "helicopter". That's kind of weird. Your parents let you drive a helicopter as soon as you learned how to walk?

People who name their animals 'snowy' or 'fluffy' should be banned from owning animals.

i had a gerbil named fluffy had like 12 at one time becouse they could not stop breeding with each other and then when i went on holiday they all ate each other it was a gerbil massacre with little bits of fluff around the cage and the horrid thing was the surviving gerbils were a little bit fatter for some strange reason......

Yes, of course! We're one of those rich families. We get our first car when we're born, then our very own helicopter when we learn to walk. I'm eagerly awaiting my very first tank and jumbo jet!

On a serious note, I was reffering to the animal budgies (Melopsittacus undulatus, according to Wikipedia.)
Feathery, small. Like these;

So nope, we don't have a bunch of helicopters.

Enjoy sucking up to your cat to able to pet it once in a while. In the meanwhile I'll just ask my dog to get me a cold cola from a special basket while I'm in my bed. That's right.

Now that's more like it. What's the point of having to earn affection from a pet? Your pet should naturally be loyal and affectionate towards you, if it isn't then it's just a dumb animal (aka a cat).

Well that was just kinda the point I wanted to get across actually ^^ Besides if dogs are supposed to be mindless drones that my dog goes against nature itself! It's a beagle, so it's a born natural in being stubborn But get along with your dog and interesting things are bound to happen. If he wants to play and I'm not in the mood he'll take whatever he can find on my bedroom floor, especially socks and then run off with them so I'll have to chase him eventually Besides that he likes to tick people off whenever he gets the chance, this includes starting to annoy you with various tricks while you're on the phone (since he knows you can't really much to him when on the phone). It's all good fun.

Oh, oh, it's the personal attacks is it? I could come up with a witty comeback but lack the intelligence to do so, so I'll respond with, "Well oh yeah, you're silly!"

But no, Fluffy is called that because we referred to her as 'fluffy' when she was Kitten whilst we were come up with a permanent name for her, but she learned 'Fluffy' as her name too quickly. 'Snowy' was just a lack of creativity. Be safe that my Mum didn't get to name all of my cats, at one stage they got very rude, words that the AUP won't let me type because of the wee lil' kiddies on here.

Fluffy fits a cat well if it looks goofy enough Awsum name!

This is the one single weakness of a dog! They don't really go well with that name

Here's two pictures of my cat Max and two of my cat Bear. I can never get Rusty to stand still long enough for me to take any pictures of him.

We started with a white cat that had eyes of different colors. She met another cat and we had 4 more. Then they found friends and we had several littes more. Now we always seem to have a litter of cats around.
It keeps the snakes and rats away. Cobras are a big thing here as well as a few other bad snakes.
would rather have cats than snakes.

What? I've had Max since she was a kitten (I got her at a pet store), and Bear was concieved when a friend of mine brought his cat over. And besides, it says:

@travis gatlin: Nice cats, but do you stalk the forums for things to bump? I mean, this thread rose from the dead because of you, literally. It has been almost a month since this was posted on. Oh well. Just saying.

I have cats named: Scraggle, Mrs Bean & Moomin. All good names I'm sure you'll agree. However, a friend of mine had a cat with what is truely the best name given to a cat ever:
'Dave'
A cat named Dave is fantastic ... especially when you learn that it is a female!

My cat is, for some reason, my profile picture on Facebook.

His name's KC with stands for Kitty Cat. He doesn't like it when I hiss at him because he hisses back and then mews/growls at me.
