Hey folks just wanted to say I heard Steam is coming out with a software (emulator I guess?) that will allow Windows game builds to be playable on Linux.

For devs this means not needing to spend time on a dedicated Linux build and automatically having access to that segment of gamers.

For Linux gamers it means having a LOT MORE games to play.

definitely interesting and hopefully will see Linux take off as a gaming platform.

Mac as a gaming platform is near enough dead in the water after Apple's OpenGL announcement which is a shame as the hardware is nice.
