Ah! This is not only a problem with Z-Mod but is in Project Blue as well. Basically a head shot is much too large. And as head shots are one shot kills and everything in the torso seems to be counted as a head, you get a one shot kill problem.

UPDATE

With the EFX mod versions, the money goes haywire and breaks. There is also heavy lag on the screen. Once i get back from school, I'm going to try the same principle with V1.09 of PLY's mod and see if that has head shots removed and iron sights (I think it has iron sights).

I had to shut down my computer because to many things on one screen so i thought the link was was broken cause it didnt open. But then it opened after reboot.

There is no release date as of now, but it should be soon. The mod is in a beta testing right now. Personally, I can't wait either, ideas are flying through my mind.

S4 has informed me that you have released one of your maps with the beta version of Project Blue without permission. I must ask you to remove the download now. It should come without saying that if beta testing is private, then so should be the games produced with it.

Ply (and s4real), im really sorry about that. I didnt realise that the beta testing was private. I have removed all the downloads of it. I will add a normal version of FPSC download to it shortly (In the next day) to replace the current now missing download. I will then add in a project blue powered version later when V1.08 is released (will be built by PB).

On a light hearted note, ply, how do you change the head shot value/range that you commented on before?

When using the "headshot=X" command, provide a height value instead of "1". If you enter "1" it will use a default value.

So if i was to set this to 0 in the appear script (of any random entity) then the head shots would be removed? Awesome!

I just decided to use raise against cause i was having a fancy for it... I'll look into the problems though. They dont happen when im using the game, I'll try altering some settings and stuff to try to get them.

Technically speaking, it already has been released. In the available maps, just grab the ZMod Scripts folder. That's pretty much ZMod, with the exception of the actual exe mod itself which I haven't seen working with a languagebank error.

Sos I cant include RATM in the download as it is illegal (and my wav converter isnt working).

I doubt it...I don't think Arenas would risk doing that, especially with ZMod (which the team is so dedicated to). Maybe it was a false alarm?
