the other images are sprites the sky is a sphere with culling set at 0 and a texture layed on it

Quote: "Anyway, I think that DB Pro is running slow at the moment due to the update not being finished yet."

That's good to know and just on an update from me
the music loader shows the name of the current track playing
Removed the u6 and water effects as my fps has gone up a lot since i did that this game will be made in 5.9 for now

Your game is looking AWSOME!
___________________________________________
Questions:
1.Will the guests be 2D?
2.How are you going to make a fun/thrill stats system?
3.Will there be paths/ques?
___________________________________________
Suggestions
1. Try to make your rides more realistic,(eg. on the pirate rides put motors on the sides of the swinggee things)
2.Try not to mak your game like the CR#PY ps2 themepark game, plzz
3.On the thrill rides try to make a ridecam for the indoor ones too, (on rct3 you cant ride the Huntedhouse)
4. Have a money system of some kind
____________________________________________
5th and final> is it possible to make it MAC compatible?
____________________________________________
Please get back to me on those, your game is looking really cool!

(ps. am really new to game making, only have fpsc)

Hehe to now to reply to all those q's (Again) i Replyed and my pc crashed and lost it all

Quote: "1.Will the guests be 2D?"

3d renders on a plain (A flat 2poly object)
Quote: "2.How are you going to make a fun/thrill stats system?"

To complicated to explain it's using math tho like

Quote: "3.Will there be paths/ques?"

Of course
Now replys to those suggestions

Quote: "1. Try to make your rides more realistic,(eg. on the pirate rides put motors on the sides of the swinggee things)"

Working on it
Quote: "2.Try not to mak your game like the CR#PY ps2 themepark game, plzz"
I actually like that game but o well i'll add an option for 2 modes
Quote: "3.On the thrill rides try to make a ridecam for the indoor ones too, (on rct3 you cant ride the Huntedhouse)"

Not really possible sorry Pooly count would rocket far far to high and the texturing will take a good few weeks more
Quote: "4. Have a money system of some kind"

Added! (The old system sucked lol )
Quote: "5th and final> is it possible to make it MAC compatible?"
Nope not till i leanr c++ because Db is Dx only which mac doesn't have
Quote: "Please get back to me on those, your game is looking really cool!
"

Thanks
Quote: "

Quote: "WTF?

My mum taught me, then I taught myself DB, and some java and also some javascript. I'm now learning C# and C++ at 13

Finished Tech Demos and have started the rebuild(Again) this time looking more pro tho
See attached screen
(Need to sort that texture bug out)
Edit:
Dang didn't attach 1 sec
Edit 2: Here ya go
Edit 3:
migh as well say what's happening for now

Well i've done a complete rebuild again as ya can see from the shot now people can load custom .x files for the park which is then scaled up 2000 as well as the logo i'm playing about with the positioning of right now

I hope that you have decreased the polycount since the last update.
Maybe you have written it before, but is it possible to build your own tracks to the rollercoasters and then ride them?

Poly count on that model is 217

and the coaster stuff still needs to be set up
