Please get back to the topic, or else this thread will soon be full with 'useless' posts.

x1b would be a good mod. No matter what anyone thinks, though, this fighting is not good. It only serves to water down this thread.

Yeah thanks for the vote, but I am way too busy to be a mod here. Also, indeed this fussing back and forth isn't doing anything. Lets keep this to posting votes.

I should think he has by now.

I am on a buisness trip in Utah, and my laptop sucks so Development has stopped until I get home in 3 weeks. So I spend most of my time messing with the inner workings of file types. It's amazing on what you can achieve with little or no skill with UVMapping. The same goes for manually creating .DBO files, instead of relying on FPSC to do it for you.

Good luck to all candidates!

True - best not to leave too much to FPSC if you can control it yourself.

I look forward to hearing more of your development when you get back home - in some other threads - best get out of here now.

cheers

just remember, if you get picked as mod, you have to change your screen name to your first name and last inital... well, vanbeck excluded.. he has his first 3 letters and last 4 letter initals of his last name as his screen name...

I didn't plan to contribute to this thread seeing as i am not so regular on these forums, however i feel i have to voice my opinion now.

I am an admistrator for a design related forum so i would like to think i know what properties make a good staff member. Through the time i have been here i can only truely recommend one person, i believe this individual has all the right properties for a fair and respectable moderator. This person is frequently on ALL the FPSC boards, replies positively and constructively to a wide variety of threads and topics, tries to defuse any potential arguments and generally presents himself as a pleasent and polite member.

I am of course refering to I has Returned.

I would be incredibly dissapointed if this member is not considered for the post of moderator, I believe I has returned would help tranform these boards into something greater than what they are today.

At the moment I have more than enough problems getting these AI characters to do just what I want them to inside FPSC = when I want them to do it and I am not one for giving up easily. Dont know about Mods but I could use some more brains.

KeithC and Bullshock.

Both for their help in providing the community with great work's in their program's/models and providing support to the community without all the crap that half the community gives. Both have done alot for us and I hope they would be able to provide us all that little extra as a Mod.

Good work guys.

Col. Jax,
Please don't make any more posts like that. That was unnecessary and uncalled for.If I were Bullshock I might be offended.
And like ChrisB said:"Jax, you need to stop posting in bold."
It gets annoying. We are trying to make the forums a better place.
We would appreciate your help.

Proof that grammer is more important then spelling... it should be 'sound' mature.

But I have to agree with the general statment. Just saying 'stop posting in bold' is not going to achieve anything. Tell him it is wrong, explain why, and be certain that the message is received.

1) Posting in Bold
A) It is against the AUP, as posting an entire message in bold is another form of 'yelling' which the AUP covers under "Follow the netiquette rules and be a kind netizen"
B) It is not a first offense, but a repeated offense.

2) Insulting another Forum Member
A) It is against the AUP both under "Posts made for the purpose of putting down another forum member or their work will not be tolerated without good cause" and as a by law of "Follow the netiquette rules and be a kind netizen"

3) And now... Taking Action.
A) Bullshock, kindly press the red face and report him. [The wording is setup to say that only the offended can report it.]
