it contains a modified version of the fpsc-game.exe file that contains new codes and commands to create a zombie survival game. it also contains scripts, models and tutorials.

sure thing, the mod is made (mainly) by knxrb, and the features we have at the moment are player blocks, where the player can't move past a certain area but zombie can (ie spawning) and we are working on waves and a barrier system.

The map will be released later. Could you get the map up three days before the release and then send it to me (I'll then send a copy to knxrb)?

The Z-Mod release will be a week after this map (This is subject to change).

oh, and BTW guys, the map will NOT contain all the versions of z-mod. it is very much a beta. and arenas, i couldn't get your player blovk zones to work... it was weird, sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't...

They need to be set up as seen in the map. There is one which works right and left, and the other works up and down. So you need two types of triggerzone blocks.

Is it just me, or does anyone else here feel like these last few days felt like Christmas holiday? (I'm VERY sorry if I'm offending someone's religion, if I am, just tell me and I'll delete it) I'm also very excited for this game, I'm a HUGE fan of Nazi Zombies, and Z-Mod will certainly complete my dream... until I learn C++!

man, i am so cheesed off right now...
i just bought resident evil: outbreak file 2 2nd hand at a shop for £6, and it's rubbish! the static cameras completely obliterate any fear or action you could get from the game, if it was 3rd or first person it would be SO much better.

Resident Evil is known for that classic survival horror camera perspective. It's probably the best perspective for a survival horror game IMO.

The Outbreak Files were alright, but not as good as the other titles from Resident Evil. Outbreak did have online CO-OP, which was just...awesome in a survival horror game. But they closed the servers down last summer. If you want a 3rd person camera in Resident Evil, try RE4. That game is epic.

EDIT: Is this thread even about zmod anymore?
