Ok. I have to say, that that was very nice! I played, but didn't got out from the 1st level yet. But I had an error. "Sprite doesen't excist at line some numbers"

I am waiting for this! For real. You can change the huds thou? That you can have custom huds coming when you shoot a zombie or open a barrier or buy something. Right?

yeah. just use MS paint. (that's what i use)

and what's this about an error? tell me exactly where it happened at what you were doing at the time.

I shot a zombie. I was very close of it thou. I think it's something with the blood decal, that my comp didn't like at that second, but it didn't happen anymore. Weird.

Also, check attached. Something in there.

If someone happened to look in the scriptbank at the files... No, don't take that seriously. My humor, that is bad, I know, but I haven't done anything. I respest you that much. Arenas too.

Nice. I recon that we should have several banners. Or better yet! Each game can have its own banner! Would you be up for that metal devil? Could you re-do that hud and the original banner same except Map 1 and Map 2 on? (Im gonna release my beta map soon).

I mean like if you add names Map 1 and Map 2 to the two banners that you have already created, they can be the official banners for each of the games. We have 2 banners and 2 games soone banner can be for map 1 and the other for map 2 I could also use the pic as a download link to the game

The "dx9" in the name of the file you're missing stands for "Direct X 9", looks like you need to upgrade your direct X on that computer.

Ye as ply said. Its do do with sprites and files i think. On a machine with out Direct X9 youonly get and error like that if you run a progrm with sprites or file commands.

And i did upgrade...... Well for this computer i downloaded the direct X 9 card from windows. It was an update.

Hmmm... I had these problems on the computers at school. You may want to download manually from a site on the internet. Then extract the files to the C: drive. If that doesnt work google the missing file and you can add it to all the other files.

EDIT

Do you guys think that we would be allowed to include the clugshot and the holes cutter next gen pack in this download? Im going to contact one of the mods and see if i can include the clugshot and im also going to try to find out who made the holes next gen pack.

@Gorlock:

Well... it could be that you have the most up-to-date copy of direct x9 and it's now interfering with FPSC and some other software. Remember, Umbra was made in an older version of FPSC, there may be some new features that are reliant upon that specific DLL version.

I think the DirectX9 version you want is the Nov '08 version? Can someone verify that?

I have already put it into my X9. The problem is that when i did i had a white box appear every time i shot. The fix to that was to copy across all of my gamecore folder, which is not an option that i have.

How many zombies can one have at once (say if we dont have any lights in game, ie ambient light set to 100%, or even regular lights for that matter, if it doesnt take forever to load the level like what it used to with fpsc), when I last used fpsc, which was quite some time back (more than a year), you couldnt have more than a couple of characters onscreen or the frames would drop to nothing, has this been altered, I havnt looked at fpsc as an engine for a long time so perhaps its been altered to give better performance.

z-mod can give you about 6 zombies on screen at any one time AT THE MOMENT WITH NO LAG. hopefully future releases will be better.

The thing is that without the zombie difficulty increase, unless the rooms are small there is no way the game gets hard. You can just camp and kill. My room is small its 4X4 with two enterences each randomally generate 2 - 6 zombies in total.

Im thinking about post-poning the release date as we are getting so many brilliant models which could be included in the pack (From the Z-Mod Medi Post in the Models and Media Section) Should I post-pone, or just include these in release 2?
