I would have the health and speed increase by around 20-50%, rather than just one percent, as gameplay would be much pacier and more fun...

also, would it be possible to make a system so a gun can't have more than x amount of ammo at any time, so people can'y bulk buy gun ammo to ridiculous levels. and you can get buy ammo and you get as much as your allowed to have.

would this be possible?

I've a question is this mod going to include a script were you can only have two guns at one time and 4 gernades
cause that would make it cool, more COD style and also it would work with shadowfires point on only allowed so much ammo at one time

With this mod, I could do a game like killing floor. Only without allies and it won't be multiplayer. But this should make Zombified much more playable! I might use it for Occulo too, cause even thou it says Zombify your game, you can use it for every game. This will be a very good mod. I don't remember if it said on the feature list, but do you get speed increases with this?

Here's an idea! How about you work on the Mod first and then worry about making a game to show it off? Because all I've been seeing in this thread is chit-chat about some game that doesn't appear to be coming along well.

None, it should increase when the wave ends. The formula Treyarch used for the zombies health increase is simple. If we assume that you start with a pistol which does 1 damage, then the zombies will start out with 6 health. On wave 2, the zombies health will increase by 6, giving a total of 12. As you can see, the zombie's health increases by 6 each round. The zombies get more difficult by a level 1 zombie each round.

hmmm... You may be on to something there. I'll speek to Knxrb and see the earliest time i can get a copy of the mod with this feature enabled.

Ye. Shadowfire just wanted to release his game first thats all I'll talk with him over email and see if the mod could be released first. I think i cant get the newest version of the mod until the weeked at the earliest. I would love to release the mod and i recon that we could do it now, it just wouldnt have waves, health increases or barriers. If we were to then the second version would have health increases.

What do you hink guys? Should we release the mod now (I'll do it this weekend to make the release dates look neater)? Shadowfire, Knxrb, what do ou guys think?

sorry guys, i'm really bogged down with stuff at the moment, but rest assured, the game is coming along GREAT, and a beta will be available by the weekend no matter what.

marc steene, going up by a number is probbably the best idea. unfortunately though, fpsc can't really handle lots of zombies, so i though that as a substitue you could steadily increase the health and speed of about 6-10 zombies, and maybe add on 1 every 10 rounds...

i haven't finished all the weapons placements and files yet, but i'll try and release tonight.

EDIT: ok, weapons are done, the weapons will be:

m9-starting gun
p226-first room=$200
8700 no scope-first room=$300
p90-second room=$300

please note that none of the z-mod features will be in the game becuase the first copy of z-mod arenas sent me won't run the player block system and the second just errors.

working on the ai now.

ok i dont know if this has been discused but in nazi zombies the zombies wont come into a certain area until it is unlocked. So has this been done because the next round cant start until ALL zombies have been killed but you cant kill them if you you cant get to them.

um.... ok. but aren't the only features on it just player blocks at the moment? and can you send a me another copy, becuase the one i have doesn't work with player blocks. last time you sent me one small file which basically seems to be the normal FPSC-game exe, and the other just gave me an error when i tried to test game.

RELEASE NOTES

.No menus as of yet
.there is still some tweaking i need to do with the weapons, and some of the huds for the weapons may not show the actual price.
.it's more scary than anything else at the moment.
.there isn't really much in it that you can't do with the basic fpsc-game.exe, but that will change when arenas sends me some of the new features.

I recon that he left his computer to upload and then went to sleep and forgot about it Anywaya it should be up today. I thimk im gonna release on of the maps i made... Most of them needed barriers so i'll need to modify them.

UPDATE

Z-Mod V1.00 will be released on Saterday the 3rd of October. In the Following updates, there will be things such as increased health per wave, waves, barriers, and more. This release enables you to make a game similar to that of the one Kravenwolf made a while back. The difference is that you will be able to use playerblocks, and have specialised huds and verious other things.
