So, it was ....

1st Place - MGARAND

2nd Place - Kravenwolf

3rd Place - Red Eye

...right?

You three need to let me know if you have a PayPal account to receive the cash prizes, or if not then I will contact Rick to credit your store points.

Congratulations guys.

I had connection problems and was only able to download one entry completely so far, which was NUCLEAR 7. (the small file, and I really enjoyed it)

*curses modem*

It sounds like you all did a great job from the judges result, so congratulations everyone!

Yay! Virus won! And I was part of the project!
I must say congratulations to mgarand, Kravenwolf, and Red Eye, as well as all the other contestants. You all did an excellent job through my eyes. As long as you tried your best, gave it a shot, and submitted an entry, you've already scored perfect.
Great job to all!
-Adrian

@ Good job with the contest everyone, and congratulations, mgarand

@Conjured Entertainment, I have a Paypal account. I tried to send you an email, but your address isn't in your profile. Can you please send me an email at the address in my profile, and I'll give you my Paypal address from there? And thank you for the very generous prize donation.

In case you never get the chance to download Silent Falls, I recorded a walkthrough and uploaded it to Youtube for you here. I know it's not the same but at least it's something.

@Errant, I'll take the M32 Urban. I'm also looking forward to seeing what the special prize is as well. Thanks!

Great job once again to everyone that participated!

@Kravenwolf
Email received

$30 prize sent to Kravenwolf for 2nd Place.

Quote: "You can send me everything I won. Put the money on my TGC acount."

Red Eye, do you have a PayPal account to receive the cash prize?

If so, then I ask that you receive the prize in cash and then buy the store points.
I do not want to bother Rick unless I have to, so the store points substitute was only if you don't have a PayPal account.
If you don't have a PayPal account then I will email him as soon as you let me know, but he won't get it until Monday.
That is my fault for not checking back earlier on Friday, so sorry about the weekend delay.

That should be optional for the donors.
I cannot speak for others, but I do not want my email address made public here on the forums. (that is why it is not in my profile)
Too many people have played spam games in the past.
The sponsor of the constest could be the go between for the winners and donors.
Then he can distribute the list of donor emails just to the winners.

Quote: "I dont have a paypal account, yet. (i will have in 2 weeks) sorry."

Do you want me to wait a couple weeks so you can get the cash ? (its not a problem)
It's no problem to do the points either, so it is totally up to you whether to wait for the cash, or get store points now.
I'm not sure how long it takes for the gift points thing with Rick, because I have not done it before, but I am sure it won't take two weeks.

And like mgarand said, maybe the donators could email the winners.

@CE: I dont think it will actually be in 2 weeks, probably in one month. So maybe contacting Rick would be cool. Thanks mate.

Grats to the winners (and everybody participating)!

My favourites where Silentfalls (because it was 100% coherent) and Odd Job (because it made me chuckle which is harder to do with an FPSC game than scaring someone imo)

Ok, I played Silent Falls, and I have some C&C:

Pros:
-Level design and lighting was brilliant.
-Trigger events were good.
-Investigate function was interesting.

Cons:
-The Dante Beast in level 2 had an invalid bounding box (only took damage by hitting his feet) and I couldn't kill him (invulnerability?), resulting in losing all my lives on him.
-The lighting was excessively dark in most places, I had to turn the ambience up at points where I couldn't see where I was going.
-There was A LOT of lag by the hanging area with the skeletons, perhaps turning their quality down?

Overall, I give it 8.5/10 .

Well congratulation's to all the winners. You've all done a wonderful job. Also to the prize givers, thanks for the support to the community. I'm so glad the day's of FPSC Forum silliness has died away and we are left with some great talent, great members and a great future.

Once more, well done to all who took part.

(Oh and I played the top 5 games, very impressed with some of them, especially Virus, Silent Falls and 1507).
