I wish i could enter. My god damm internet doesnt hold up long enough to upload a 4-5 level game. My FPSC has now decided to break and it wont build a game consisting of more than one level.

Any idea guys how to fix it?

i got a 4 level game built. im uploading it externally, should be no problems now. the only thing is that iv had to remove all voice acting... i'll just add the script

YES!!! The upload has been successful Im gonna post the data here now

Game Name: Biohazard
Description: Modern Day Zombie Game
Name of creator: F.R.A.G. - Arenas
Creators email address: james.hill@lcsltd.co.uk
Story Line: You have to enter a powerplant, planting charges and eliminating zombies as you go. Once all troops are clear of the blast radius, the zombie infected New York will be leveled, taking along with it any trace of the Sessimi Virus (like the name; its under change)

Download Link: Editing Download Link - 5 Minutes
Version of FPSC or mod used: Designed with Project Blue, due to errors built with Ply's Mod
Additional notes: The game story was originally very different. Due to uploading, scripts, voice acting and building problems, all advanced objectives have been removes. There is no voice acting included due to problems. The voice actors script is found here: http://www.mediafire.com/?sharekey=f85bcf45901c9ddae7ba8e3c6e11ce20df1bcf28f5dfdce15621d66e282a0ee8

The levels in the game, and so the script included is:

Level 1, 2, 3, 7

I would have liked to include the whole package but the problems arose so close to the closing date. Please note, there are plant bomb abjectives. Due to errors within the scripting removed, they are not counted as objectives and the game can be completed without fullfilling them. This is not how it is meant to be played. Please plant the bomb when asked to.

@The Next: When do we do the judging? Can we play the games, and judge them now then post it up later at the right time, or could I post it up now?

guess what everyone!
after a bit of a you-know-what up when i tried to degrade my FPSC to v1.09, i made my first level rubbish.

so, i'm going to start again, (i needed to anyway) and hurry up to make all 3-5 levels in 20 days. fun.
at least it's the holidays...

Coming soon: what lies beneath.

There's a WIP of my new game, the previous one is continued but will not be entered into the competition. Again, good luck to all of those making games.
I don't think I'll win compared to the good work I'm seeing but as long as I enter, I get one of Errant's guns.

I'll totally join this, I have almost no chance of winning but its a small amount of exposure and gets me a couple of freebies regardless.

Count me in, I'll re-post if I decide to back out at any point.

hey everyone, unfortunatley i'm going to have to withdraw from the competition.

why?
work had been going well, and i had finished almost a whole level in 1 day, but my computer blue-screened while i was saving it, and after an unsuccesful file recovery, i lost it.
Also, i am going on holiday on sunday, and i may be gone for to long to even start agin, so sadly, i'm going to have to withdraw.

rest assured though, when the next competition comes up, i'll be straight in it.

Coming soon: what lies beneath.

Everyone has permission to use any or all of my scripts for this contest. (and any other contests or games, just so you know)

I am impressed with the number of entries, so I will offer the following prizes in cash Via PayPal, or with TGC Points...

1st Place : $30 US via PayPal (or 3000 TGC STore Points)
2nd Place : $20 US via PayPal (or 2000 TGC STore Points)
3rd Place : $10 us via PayPal (or 1000 TGC STore Points)

If you have PayPal then I will send cash to you via PayPal.

Cool
I thought Xplosys was in on this, but I don't see his name on the list yet. (unless I overlooked it)

Oh what the heck, since this is the ultimate... lol
I'll raise the stakes a bit to encourage a few last minute entries, so replace my offer above with this one...

1st Place : $50 US via PayPal (or 5000 TGC STore Points)
2nd Place : $30 US via PayPal (or 3000 TGC STore Points)
3rd Place : $20 us via PayPal (or 2000 TGC STore Points)

Same payment methods apply.

I suggest changing it to the Especially Ultimate Contest with prizes that will blow your head off!!(after you submit your entry of course) I wouldn't be surprised if you had quite a few last minute joiners due to those incredibly generous prizes Conjured! Now I must be off to work on my game with renewed vigor!
