oh ! sorry ! i thought it was coming like this week
-nicky dude- i asked less then twice, srry anyways

btw i thought of a great ideas for wizzmod,

- more visible explosions (with fpsc they usually just are mostly force and no fire) (not sprites im talking about when an object is set to explodable)

-particles (i highly doubt that this will be able to be put in this year, but if so, then wow!)

- water direction options

- bloom "areas" (like water zones, but when you enter, things get bloomy)

- fire beds (like water just ... lots of fire lol )

- contact kravenwolf, i am not going to tell you what cause it is secret, but he is in production of some "scripts" , i think you guys can strike a deal to implement wizzmod v3 with his "scripts" for a price, (ps kravenwolf is awsome, i bet you can get alot of additions from him )

-illusion zones- a zone that messes up everything you see through it, so it could give the illusion of heat and such

rocking zones- zones that make the screen rock so to give the illusions of being on a boat or unsteady rocking house

slo mo zones- zones that when you are in, everything is slo mo

speed zones- zones that when you are in, everything is faster

water rapids zones- zones like water zones but give the illusions of rapids

light blindness- a type of light that is so bright when you look at it, it just looks like whiteness

block zones- a zone that achieves the "invisible wall" ability

thats all for now tell me if you like any lol

(also can you have like a free demo with full wizzmod just not able to make the standalone game, cause itl still be a while till i get money)

Thanks for all the support. There will be a free version of wizmod and a full version. The free one will have less features and cannot be used for commercial games. Personal use (and contest entries) only. There will also be a watermark on the free version.

The full version will have all features, no limitations and no water mark.

A water mark is basically a logo on screen all the time, advertising wizmod. They will be able to test most off the main features in the free version. We will have some tech demos for you all to try out our features before you buy the mod

ya the bloom looks pretty cool but can we see a few pics of it at full power? cause it looks a little weak (but that probably cause its set low in the picture)

lol. If it was any stronger, your player would go blind.

EDIT: I notice you were talking about kravenwolf. He is simply planning on making a Co-Op system. While this is a nice idea, it is not very practical now. With the release deadline coming up, finishing up the promised features, and fixing bugs is the top priority.

of course but i bet if you ask him you might find he is in production of a litte more the just co - op, now im not gonna say too much cause i dont think im allowed lol, but i KNOW what hes doing is going to be awsome just ask and youll see

and i know the bloom would blind you but thats what im going for lol, yea im going to need some really strong bloom,
which i bet wizzmod will be able to achieve cause its awesome!!

and also are you guys going to update the wizzmod features on the site, because youve shown us many amazing features that have not been listed on the site

(and moreee pictures!!!! lol )

We aren't sure yet, depend when we getting everything finished, the next beta will basically be the full version and will be used to find the last few bugs to fix before release, probably around the 12th maybe later.

Do you think we should integrate lemur into Wizmod for the full release?

That would be good if it was added but don't stress if it's going to take a while.

Focus on getting all bugs fixed first and besides, you can always add in Lemur later as a patch can't you?

Yeah we could. It is fairly simple to add bug it may cause some bugs which i dont particularly want, but i may give it a go sometime. Im working on something else right now, which will be great if it works..

I would have to vote against it, I think integrating the proper things for fpsc ip and some in game tune ups should do it. I think that if you make a multi player game fpsc ip should allow host options such as kick, kills, time limit, match type ad etc. I think that would be fun. A lot of times I find bugs with lemur and what not.

Wizkid can you please edit the .co.uk link in the top post to be the .com one as it will be closed at the end of the year and people need to use the new one so that all bookmarks work for that switch over.

Thanks

@hockeykid : Lemur works perfect if its been setup right most people who use it have never read the readme's on how to set it up.

@Wizzkid : I would work out the bugs first then add lemur at a later date when you feel the mod is ready for it.

I have found numerous bugs with it such as having a runtime error when trying to load a game and sometimes when running the exe getting a "send error report don't send" message.

The ally script is pretty awesome when in use, same with the waterblocks.

I'll get a video up maybe tomorrow, but i'll show you first Ash and see what you think.

Watched your video, its good

Here is a link to his video:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dq9lAy_KUM8
(hope you dont mind me posting it )

When you watch the video, things have now improved with 3rd person, we have made new camera movements so the follow the player.

Also we have added terrain from xrmod but it is now much better and can be viewed in the fpsc editor. Currently we are integrating a particle system and also a version of lemur which we are going to edit to make even better.

Lots to come

I don't mind you posting it one bit. Infact thanks. I wanted to see your opinion first.

Those fixes sound good.

Just for those who watch the video, most of the little bugs in this video are fixed.

also an idea for a later realese of wizzmod-

puddles, utalizing the water in wizzmod , maybe you could make puddle zones, where theres only a little puddle of immobile water on the floor , so you can blood, puddles, or goo, that have the same options as the water
