Well I guess the AirMod implemention is just a start? But at least its great to have AirMod in the newest version of FPSC, no matter what the mod is called.

Hi guys, This mod started with airmod. We are coding in a lot of cool new stuff. I think Wizzkid modded the Airmod source a bit, and integrated it into 1.15 source.

As a sneek peek here, we are adding (we are only giving away little stuff)

New Scripting commands (about 10)
this includes HUD rollover buttons, background AVIs to play as backgrounds for Menus, and more.

There is more than just new scripts, but we wont share until its ready to show.

Doesent Airmod have standard AVI background playing in? Cant wait to see more,preferably maybe water or realistic player movement.

Well at the minute there is mainly only Airmod integration however myself and Apple slicer have started working on some other features like he said. Dont wanna give too much away yet, incase they dont work But we are changing player movement djmaster, we are going to try an add fresnel water, new scripting commands, improved huds and menus, and some other things :-|

I have capped it at 60 although i think it should be slightly lower like you said as sometimes it runs too fast.

Yep found a bug,thats right.I was trying this mod with my Beyond Paranormal demo and I played the first level nicely,too bad the framerate was too fast.Then I finished level 1,started loading level 2,suddenly it crashed and said enemy already exist 3001.

Framerate will be slowed down in the next update to around 40, I think that is a decent speed, and I think I know what caused the problem, I was starting to try and integrate some dark ai features into the mod and it was incomplete, this is what is causing the error. I have fixed this

Another bug .

When I try to equip a weapon like the G36C, it crashes and returns back to the desktop with the error attached .

Thanks, I am unsure at what is causing this because it works on some weapons, and in some weapons it worked for a while and then just stopped. It is to do with the speed of the gun sounds are playing at as far as I remember.

I am starting to add a few scripting commands now. I am also switching the controls so Shift makes the player walk and WASD is the player running by default, you can now also set the speed at which the player runs.

Please make a full testgame ambience modifier,colour ect. This would ease up making of perfect ambience.Lightrange modifying in realtime would rock too.Maybe dynamic animated entity collision?

absolutely, it is hard. This mod is based on two things. Speed, and scripting. Visuals arent priority yet.

ok, i completly understand, ragdoll is extremly hard, i dont have any comprehension of how hard even, but i bet everyone would get this mod if it had it lol either way, this mod seems pretty cool

well for now its nothing special.
its an old Airmod version (we modder have Airmod 0.6) just in the new sourcode.

@S4:
well airmod is working in the efxMod 1.15 FPSC Source, so not the first, maybe the first who will release it ^^

I might, im going to look over v0.6 and see what has changed, if there is not much difference i will just stick with v0.5 because it is an awful lot of work to integrate it.

I doubt it will be anywhere near as good as plys, and to be honest it doesnt bother me, I did it to help people and because I enjoy the challenge

Ragdoll may come along, I will have to purchase dark physics so it wont be here for a while, if ever.

However I have almost finished a motion/camera blur feature, so that will hopefully be awesome. You will be able (if everything goes to plan) turn it on and off using trigger zones.

Also we may add bloom I will try to add in game lighting manipulation aswell

The blur is working fairly well, you can turn it on using scripts, just trying to get it turning of via scripting now Its Great for horror games.

Well, nearly, still a few adjustments then I will email it. It is not motion blur using a shader - which doesnt look just as good but maintains performance, but it gives a nice effect, and when you use the newrunspeed script command you can make your player seem dazed. Quite good even if i do say so myself

AirMod 0.6 is significantly more expansive than 0.5, so it will definitely be more work to integrate. Good luck though, eager to see how it turns out

Well maybe tomorrow we will release an update, depends on the amount we get done. The motion blur is not fantastic but it is a nice visual effect that could be useful in your game

Ply's mid will not work with WizMod because this mod is designed for fpsc v1.15 and ply's is made for v1.07-1.09 so they aren't compatable
