great! it's just me and arenas are working on a zombie-mod/script set and we would really like stuff like that.
i posted a message on arenas channel, he should post soon.

also, is there a way you can make a thing so ai go round walls and such? so if it's following you it will go round a wall instead of into it and get stuck.

oohh, and a command so an ai can only see you when it's on the same level as you. (like so it can't see you when it's below you or above you.

Auto-Heal can easily be achieved through scripting tho. Unless its possible to have it in the mod so it works in multiplayer?

Ye iron sights and more gore would be really useful for the Zombie Mod myself and shadowfire are working on. The commands that i recon should be taken from plys mod are:

haveweap=X
replaceweap=X Y
removeweap=X

I also recon you should add a commands like:

switchweap=X Y (switch with another weapon in your bag)
wait=X (Entity waits for X miliseconds, i know this is a command in DB Pro)

Maybe it is Vista only? Or there is some Wizzmod left? The weird thing is, that one i open Fraps and start recording the bug stops. (i use F1) When i stop recording the bug works again

Hell even if this mod had no features but airmod .6 and the "blow parts of people, which feels like ragdoll" I would use it over the others I currently have. Its good to see that your pursuing the mod again. Head my warning tho, remember one step at a time for you dont want to get overwhelmed or loose hope in your work.

The limbs will Fall off, and become static on the floor, and fade later.

Or perhaps immediately disappear. Your choice. Plenty of script commands.

As I think Apple Slicer has mentioned we are happy to accept code from anyone who wants to contribute, but we can't promise that submitted code will be included in any of the versions or in it's exact form, but we will try our best. The main source for this is going to remain private and as the mod is free the only payment you'd receive would be credit for your work and a warm fuzzy feeling about helping the community.

Do they have to disappear after a while? Can it be affected by the destroy script? I mean, like, if it's fadecorpse.fpi, the limbs fade, if leavecorpse.fpi, they don't. Would that be possible?

Thanks Cyclone. Both Kyle and I have many plans for the future of this mod, more plans than time at the moment but the positive support from the forum keeps us going.

For me multiplayer features are a long way off and very low priority so I wouldn't hold your breath for those in the short term. Maybe as Apple Slicer says we might look at it for V2.0

I have a request that I think my cause a bit of difficulty. How about a command that can be placed in a script to tell a character that he is an ally. What it also has to do is flag down any character that isn't flagged as an ally so he can see is a friendly and flag the rest as enemies. the rest would be scripted in and also have a few extra commands to toss in so he shoots at the closes enemy.

I can pretty much do anything with the limbs bit. Hor mod used the same basic principle. We'll look into it later, but we are working on a lot of secret surprises ATM

Some of these will make there way in or are already being worked on. I will be looking at AI at some point but it's a lot of work and there are more immediate features / improvements to add.
