@Bugsy
Will this pack have a special license attached to it? Or will it be the same as all the other official TGC packs?

Good News:

The pack is done and I will make a nice folderstructure, tie it all up nicely and send it to rick from tgc for him to check wether or not this will be an official pack.

I show you some screenshots that show all the content as it displays in the media library tomorrow

Bad News: The guns will be a separate pack release...however! The standalone pack will have 3 to 4 more guns

@Wolf How many total guns are there going to be for the guns pack?

Absolutely! I mailed it to Rick from TGC to evaluate wether or not it will be an official pack. However, if you want to get it sooner (I know you mentioned that you have a release pending) you can E-Mail me.

Wolf,
Any chance of in game shots or better yet an in game walk through video. I want to see how those _I and _S maps turned out looking in FPSC! If you do a video, make sure you have full shaders turned on for full effect!

@That Guy John: Sure! I'll make some screenshots myself sooner or later... until then, you can check out the Advergame Screenshots by Bugsy: it contains a lot of our media:

Did you end up having to use custom shaders to get the effects you wanted on the assets?

@that guy john

I made the scenes, and didn't have to use any shaders out side of illuminationmaps to get the desired effect on the media.

I may end up picking this up just to checkout how the texture maps are done. There is something about the Illumination that catches my eyes.

Yes, I just got Mail from Rick and TGC is going to release it as an official pack. In that spirit, its probably just a matter of a few days.

Wonderful! Excited to pick this pack up, looks like a lot of heart went into it, and the style is very fresh. Kudos! I hope it does well for you two

Life would be much easier if I had the source code.

Thanks guys! I hope too that it will sell some copies

...I'm sorry for the delay btw. but Rick from TGC sent me a document to print and I dont have a printer so it took a little while to motivate the person with the printer to remember printing it but now I have it.

I also added some neonsign models from Bugsy to the pack as a bonus...sort of a special addon since we took so long to release it.

Im looking at whats in the pack in your shot above, and the screens on TGC product,

QUOTE - Please note that the skybox, roads and kerbs are not included.

You need to add, shop fronts, you have those bottom building pieces in a shop, the ones you made in double sections that can be added together, they are all in shot, and looking above to your content guide, they are not included. This is confusing to the customer, and either the image needs deleting, or an appendage to the TGC description.

You're right! I must have forgotten to upload an image there. Its actually making me angry that I didn't noticed that. They are in the pack... I'll make an additional content pic

Edit: fixed it. Shop fronts and buildingblocks added to content summary. Thanks for pointing that out fallen one.

Hey sic1ne:

The 2 big buildings are free (I just didn't get to upload them and make a thread yet)

The walkway bridge will be in pack 2 together with some other props that are already made.

The tablet will be in the gunpack as it will be an object you can pick up and hold in your hand.

Tactical merged with the word, "cool" I would guess. Unless that was a rhetorical statement.

Its teenie expression to refer to weapons or military gear with a lot of attached stuff. It can also be used to describe most elements in a tom clancy game.
