It's not over yet. If you can only vote for 2nd and 3rd then it means you've already voted for 1st, might be a screw up though so just email me your IP and I can reset your votes.

Exeat: My banners show their old file sizes, not the new size. I changed them a couple of days before the deadline.

If you check the file itself, they are all < 10K.

I also see some banners show as having no size.

That's because it gets the file size when you first submit it, I used to get it everytime the page was refreshed but that was WAY too slow. If it doesn't show a file size then it means the server it was hosted on doesn't allow me to get the size through the way I'm currently doing it. I'll update yours in a minute.

Yes, Congrats to all who participated in the compo, and especially to exeat, who's nifty script made it easy to submit banners to the competition.

No worries everyone. I believe the top 3 win prizes so congrats to those lucky three but don't get your hopes up until Rich confirms it, I'm only going by my memory lol.

Also, you'll notice the point difference isn't much throughout the list so it was quite a close competition. Well done to Las6 though, his banners were truly superb.

hhmm.... the first post does say this:

Quote: "I am looking for the best submissions and will put their designs into rotation on the site. Actually, I will give a prize - to any design I pick you can have a free copy of the Advanced Terrain Plugin and the Enhancement Pack when released. There.. a little incentive "

so i suppose he picks them now?

GIMME DA PRIZES

The Top 5 can have one of the following:

Advanced Terrain Plus (when released)
Enhancement Pack (when released!)
DBPro Online (if you don't have DBPro already)
DarkMATTER Online
DarkMATTER 2

As Exeat is one of those Top 5, and I had already agreed to give him some freebies for hosting the competition, that means the 6th place person can pick one item from the above in his place (so that's you Mr. Apillo!).

Cheers,

Rich

Oh. My. God.

I came second! I can't believe it. I've never won anything else before. I didn't even take notice of the competition after submitting two!

Thanks you so much, all 44 who voted for me

ps - I like the one which came 10th - BigBabou's. Too bad

yes, the #10 on the list was my fav also. I'd really like to see the tut behind it. (as I''m not really sure how you did it)

As for the prizes, I'd also like to know what's in the enhancement pack - and how does this prize collection work? (just email or what?)
