---Major-EDIT---

This thread is meant for showing models & media created by me.
Eventually most of the models will be released in a pack!

I am creating a FREE-pack! Which contains:
Lots of themes! Lots of models! (2 characters)

And my second model-packs! Which will contain:
Characters! Characters! Characters!
Thinking of splitting them up!
In different themes, for an example:

Horror, Sci-Fi, Modern-Day, Western, ...etc...etc...

NEW HIGH POLY MODEL!

Normal mesh! Berserker

Erebus!

Bioshock model (textured)

Based Bioshock model! (un-textured)

Cheers,
Cheese Cake.

Looks quite nice but 2048 by 2048 seems rather large. Still looks good though.

Thanks general powell11, m man.
Glad you liked them.

Oh by the way as for the renders, and ingame screenies.
(characters)
They still have the stock (except for "Corpse Eater") biped.
But also they dont have the right normal map.

After i created the "Corpse Eater" i found a new way to create better normal maps, and specular maps.
So i have to delete the old ones, and make some new.

Cheers,
Cheese Cake.

---EDIT---

Was typing when you posted i want to game,
Yeah i did 2048 because......
Actually dont know, i just did.

It probably works fine on an 8800 etc but might want to make some optimizations for higher fps.

I think it looks a bit unreal... but the main idea is good. Just a little bit work on the "face" would be nice. The other characters look better and the soulless warrior is the best from those.

As far as a 2048 X 2048 texturee goes you can use it to bring out more quality and detail in your work when you make them.If you don't like the size of the textures you can always reduce them to 512 X 512 if you have a lower end pc to help with performance.
This is some nice looking stuff.

Please have mercy and use the search function.

i want to game.
I have a 8600, and they work fine.
Even when i place multiplie enemies (8) the frame rate would remain 33.

But i guess you are right, i will make some reduced versions.

Hey thanks mate! Glad you liked them.

I like to say...what is an FPS, when it must not look "Unreal"?
Anyway...that was the style, it was supposed to be a weird strange kind of "thing".

But you like the "Soulless Warrior" the best?
Hmmm that was my first...thanks!
Even though i thought people would hated it.

General powell11.
As for the Arena.....yes.
And as for the characters.....dont know yet.

FredP.
Thanks man! Glad you liked it.
But if i would reduce the textures...wouldnt that mess up the UV?

Leaning Objects To The Side.
Hmmmmm... the Arena is going to be free.
But for the characters....still have to figure out.
Thanks man! Glad you liked them.

Oh does anyone likes the Arena?
Its still W.I.P, but its almost done.

And if people could tell me which character they like the most.
It will highly appreciated!

Cheers,

Oh man I love these characters and for your first they are just great.
They remind me of some of the characters in Silent Hill.

Great job!

No, if you downsize the UV AND the texture, then save them as a copy so you have 2 copys of the texture, one high res, one low res.

Hope you get what I mean.

Yep, they remind me of Silent Hill entities as well, cool.

Cheese cake these are very special and I think that all the characters look great in the own way,I can't say that I like one more than the other.
The Arena's look fantastic also.
Are they 'all in one units'(single model) or are they segmented for users construction?
Either way excellent job on these so far.
Man, you are one busy geezer.

Looking forward to seeing more.

Wicked work! I like the eerie mood of all those models. The subtle normal mapping also proves that some shaders do work well in FPSC.
The blood stains are good too, looks like you've got a good grip of alpha mapping.
The one on the wall looks a bit strange though. I'd remove those thin, splatty lines around it and just keep the thick one. Then it'd look ace.

The Arena is(are)...........multiply meshes.
Imported into Segment Editor.
And then placed every mesh in the right way.
And saved it as a FPS.file.
But the roof is an entity, since Segment Editor gave a error
when i imported it.

And thanks glad you liked them!
Great to hear it from a great artist!

Roger Wilco.
Thanks man! And also thanks for the Alpha tutorial!
About the normal maps....only the "Corpse Eater" has a normal normal map.
The others are still sort of W.I.P with the normal and specular maps.

Thanks! I think that the most time into modeling and texturing
went into the "Corpse Eater".
So glad you liked them.

Also, I can proudly say that i have found a new method for
UV-mapping. So the W.I.P characters will be faster ready
then i thought they would.

Demonic, wicked, awesome. What can I say. I have this picture of a place somewhere between here and hell where these guys would be right at home.

The Soulless One leads his minion of Warriors against the Gate Keepers of our realm and and the others are just delightful bonus freaks of unholy orgies, doing what they do best - devouring and laying to waste all who make the unfortunate mistake of staying from the required path.

Can't wait to see them in action, or even better, purchase them. Who wouldn't want to have his own little piece of this abomination.

Best.

I'm sorry, my answers are limited. You must ask the right question.

Nice! But i have some stories for them...in my game.

Which is pretty similiar to yours. (about a different world and gate)
Only the Soulless One is a sort of stronger version of the Warrior.
And also he is sort of a "captain" of a certain team.

And thanks man! Glad you liked it.

@everone.

Thank you all! Glad you liked it!

Also Astek....i have a screenie of a W.I.P.

Still need to fix his armor etc.
And of course apply a biped. (thinking of the stock one so he could hold a minigun)

Here it is.

Hope you like it!

I dont have any idea for a name that could fit this character.
Could someone help me out with this?
