IT IS FINALLY HERE THE LONG A WAITED WAIT OF

FENIX MOD V1.1

Download:

https://forumfiles.thegamecreators.com/download/1821202

The link is also on the first post

I suggest you grab the Fenix Mod manual that Scene Commander kindly made.

And there was 1 slight change with the flashlight so the flashlight script provided is slightly different from the one from V1.0

ENJOY

P.S. I will say the bloom is not very good but ill promise it'll be better in Fenix Mod V1.2

I would like to give an update-

On rails is glitchy. I stay in the same place at the end (Iused the right scripts).
And tracers could move faster.

But, a good part- I got 60 FPS! Holy crud! 60 FPS!!

Good work, as always.

Great! Thanks!

Just wanting to make sure, was there a script for the bloom or is the a key I need to press to get it to work?? All I saw that even mentioned bloom was in the test game that says Bloom:off and in the file all there is, is bloom.dbs.

Also maybe it might just be stupid from being tired, but I would like a setup tutorial. Just some things are not working like I had hoped. If you could just clear some of this up and thanks again for your hard work. Sorry the "starmind bug" gave you so many problems.

I don't know how to activate bloom eather and what kinda program do you need to open the manual. I tried every program I have in my computer, that can open text and such and there appears some stupid signs and numbers. Maby if it was in a same format as Read Me thingys are. becouse I can't open it.

Metal Devil123: You need Adobe Reader which is free.

DarkAngelOblivion TM: You need to put the .exe in FPS Creator folder, not in Files.

Hockeykid, everything is great but I noticed that this mod works alot slower than Horror Mod in my level.

Very nice, but I have one question:

Can bloompower only go up to 4 and bloomscale to 2? Because it never goes higher than that.

Ok. Thought I did something wrong.

In the future, it's be nice to have some kind of bloom overdrive that makes your eyes explode.

The max setting is suprisingly realistic, so I'll do that all the time.

Good job again.

Alright, sorry, I have another problem.

How do you use the flashlight? I have made the flashlight, turned it on, set the range...Nothing. Do I need to press a certain button? The guide doesn't give enough info on this.

EDIT: Ninja'd by Nomad soul.

Could I ask that any issues with the guide are placed in the guide thread. This way I'll know of any short-comings and be able to address them.

Make sure that the last rail zone has the rail zone off script attached to it or the rail camera movement will not be finished.

It's supposed to go into the main section, right?

Listed below are all of the Fenix Mod commands from all of the incorporated mods which affect blood. I'll look into doing a tutorial for this for the manual. If you haven't already done so, you will find downloading the manual http://forum.thegamecreators.com/?m=forum_view&t=164467&b=21 useful for this and other issues.

bloodspurt = X – Spurts blood using one of the following conditions defined by X
1 – Last Damaged Position (ie: hit by player)
2 – Head Position
3 – Center of Model, Falls Straight Down
Any other number – Center of Model
Note: The blood will spurt out AND collide with the level. This is not just a decal!

rpg_showblood= (indicates whether or not blood splats are used. Defualt is 0.)
0 = do not show blood splats if present by default
1 = show blood splats if present by default

rpg_usethisblood= (indicate new blood decal)
The name of the decal folder you wish to use. In order to use another decal, then rpg-showblood must be set to 0.

Blood

The Horror Mod blood system makes wounds more bloody and more gory. It automatically makes blood spurts at the exact point the bullet hits the characters creating blood spurts with a more realistic effect.

If any blood hits any static objects, walls or floors it will create blood splats where it hits. The blood splats are randomly picked and randomly sized for extra effect.

The blood splats are the same as the default blood splats. You can change the blood splats simply by editing the blood splat image as normal.

The blood colour can be changed by simply editing the ‘blood.png’ file in the ‘databank’ folder.

I really don't know my specs... Except that I have XP... But with regular FPSC without any mod, I get 30-50 fps... Even with 5 characters and lots of stuff and lights...
