@FL, thanks for the comments.

@Cheese, sounds good. I wanted to make sure it wasn't just me. Thanks for the reply.

Keith,

And I posted all over that thread too. LOL I'll have a play with the values and see how it affects entites. Thanks.

It just seems that I don't see so much hard edges in other peoples models, and some have commented about mine. Then some people say that it's normal. I wonder if others see the same in their games that I see in mine?

Best.

Here is an attempt at a larger model. I'm not quite ready to tackle something like this, but it was a learning experience. LOL

Image attached. I'll post the bus if anyone wants it, but it's not that good.

Best.

I've been busy lately with business and some family matters, but I hope to keep posting models as I learn.

I call this Great Hall 1. (because it's big, not great) It works well between buildings. Just use "b" to align and then rotate twice for the other side. Use any floor segment with it. I left the floor out so it would not affect AI movement.

Image is attached and download in next.

Best.

Hats off to you buddy, These are "really" nice! I like the Bridge, and love the hotel sign. I put it into my Dark City test level, and it looks sweeeet! I don't usually download models since I learned to make 'em myself, But dude I'm grabbing these! Awesome job bro, and thanks.

xsygx (I'm sure that name means something), thanks for the comment.

I've started working on a Mall Pack. I don't know how far I'll get but I always wanted to kill people in the mall. LOL

Image attached is an escalator in the making. Now for the hard part.... texture.

Best.

For a second I thought that was the texture!

Looks nice, I agree with you about the mall. Ever play "Dead Rising" for 360?

Hey X sweet models I can't belive your giving some of these away now I'm no modler so on the image on the escolater the only bit I understood was the 3D model lol.
But does the escolater actualy move so when you stand on it you go up/down?
Once again awsome models a 1000000000000000 star lol.

It's been redone (a few times, LOL) but I've got it where I want it now. I might get to the texture tonight or tomorrow.

Thanks for asking.

I don't feel comfortable charging for models yet. I've got a long way to go before I'm satisfied, but until then you're welcome to them.

Attached is the escalator screenshot. Download in next post.

Best.

EDIT: Oh yeah... use the B key twice to position the escalator perfectly.

Top notch as always, X.

EDIT: I put this model into Emergence: Single Player. It fits the scene really well. Thanks a bunch for the excellent model.
Keep in mind that it's really early on in production in that room.

Tanya, Seth, Little Bill, thanks.

gunn3r, I was thinking about glass, but wouldn't it have to be dynamic to have transparancy?

Anyway, image attached of current handrail.

Holy smokes that first in-game pic of the escalator is sweet! Definitely grabbing this one for myself. I like the ambient occlusive look that it gets with the lightmapping, really great job.

You should start looking into getting a seller account set up.

I see you also rock the "Windows Standard" theme. Heck yeah, we don't need no fancy Aero crap.

video gamer, bond1, FL, s4.... very kind of you. Thanks.

video gamer, I highly recommend MilkShape3d unless you just have some serious money to throw away on Max. This is a great link for some other titles you may want to check out/learn from.

Best.

Here is a set of rollup doors. They are made to fit in a standard wall opening. There is a fully closed, half closed, and open model. Just use the B key to align them.
