Thanks guys.

Interesting comment. Do they not have fire escapes in England, or are they different? Just curious. I've never been to England.

...been a very long time, but as I recall English flats don't have fire escapes like these, xplosys.

coffeegrunt, can you elaborate?

There are no fire escapes like that in Britain, if you're in an Apartment building, (or block of flats as they're called here), and there's a fire, the only way you can escape is to run like hell downstairs and out the door, lol.......

Normally people trapped in high buildings get rescued by Fire teams with that ladder they have on Fire engines.....

I've never been to America, lol. After seeing Final Destination 2, I don't think I'd wanna use one of those....

Now and again you may see these in the UK, very rare mind, I think perhaps they are not fire escapes but when a building has been converted to flats and a new entrance is made via metal stairs outside the building. Or perhaps when some odd regulation works on a building in some way, so they have to be fitted, but I have seen them now and again on buildings in the UK all be being very rare.

Well, he was doomed either way. LOL

I saw where someone was asking about a space ship in another thread, and it made me think of something I've been wanting to do for a while, so I've started on a small shuttle. It should be approximately 18 foot long in-game. I'll try to get it textured today. Image attached.

god thats not me is it?

CGs definatly got no problem there, since the scripts pretty easy to write (i dont know what lines are included but i know its 100% possible with plys mod)

control the weapon, dont let the weapon control you - Olcadan

that means dont look into the barrel when your weapon stops working

The texture is 75% finished. I'll have it up in a little while (or two). It's coming along pretty good even if I do say so myself.

I appreciate the script work CG.

And here is the shuttle download. As usual, this and all of my models are available on fpsFREE.com. Don't be afraid to visit the site and click on a Google ad or two. That's what keeps the site going.

It's time for dinner and a movie. Bye all!

It's a shame dynamic objects have a fixed box collision... we could have a working one!

That certainly should be on the giant list of things FPSC needs to survive

Gunn3r, Seth and Doc.... thanks for the comments. I do need to add a little more poly to my models when able as well as improving the texture but I'll get there.

Thanks for all the downloads recently.
Loving all your stuff so far mate and the spacecraft is just right in poly count with the way FPSC works at the moment. You can get away with a lot using a highly detailed texture but yours looks great never the less.

All the best of luck.

Gunn3r, thanks for the kind comments.

I'm a little behind on modeling because I got side tracked with an entity creation program. It's about 80% complete. Of course, the rest will take as long again. I'll contact you about testing it in a few I hope.

Thanks again.

I'll post this here, no need to make a new thread as I only need a couple of testers.

If you would like to test a new entity creation (wall, floor, crate, etc) program and provide some feedback, please let me know here and I will get the program to you. If you have both XP and Vista, that's a big plus for me. I will need a few of both.

Thanks for your time. When I get this done I can go back to making models, which is much faster and easier. LOL

Best.
