Not much you can do about that, you can have one or the other but not both. In order to use them with headshots, you'll have to assign one of the standard "destroy" scripts that FPSC ships with instead of my custom one. Then, in the FPE file change animation indexes 11,12,13 to their default values, just look at a stock character for these frame numbers.
And yes, there is another walk cycle, they will use this alternate cycle when walking waypoints as well...
