Which version of FPSC is this based on? I would assume it's 1.07-1.09 like efx but I could be wrong.

Make it dismemberment, and we could have our very own ultimately enhanced CoD:WaW!

Wow wouldn't that be great. I'd love to blow the Aiko's limbs off, moody woman that she is.

EDIT: Something constructive: Do you intend to put water into this one? Because what I have always wanted is this:

You know when you set the water's properties to 0 to mimic a shiny granite surface? Why can't we do that on walls. You can have granite walls, and the shininess could be used for glass reflections, mirrors, fish tanks... and... erm... I'm running out of ideas. But it would be useful to have some sort of system for applying those sorts of effects on none horizontal surfaces.

EDIT#2: If you could use water effects on the surface of any entity, and set the water so that it was completely still (but there was some noise in the refraction), you could make something appear as though it was made of glass.

...how is ragdoll at all related to shaders? Just let them do what they're doing. I do agree, though - is AirMod still included?

like Airslide said, applying water to walls would be cool,so you can walk through a corridor made out of water also changing water texture is a must so you can add slime effects

@djmaster: It war me actually, but I appreciate the sentiment. .
@ anyone who knows: would it be feasable to make glass effects using refraction shaders on the surface without causing lag?
What I mean is that the engine would have to calculate refraction on the back face of the object (as in the face that is facing away from the player), and then have the front face refract the refraction opposite to i, kind of like two layers of refraction. Has that ever been done?

Imagine a wine glass. Light is refracted (sort of) one one side of the glass, then is refracted again on the other side before entering your eyes.

Sorry I can't put it any more elequently as my knowledge of shaders is lacking somewhat.

This mod is going to be huge.

FPSC deserves such features as these and to see them actually happening is incredible.

Thanks for tapping into FPSC's true potential.

Wow... if I hadn't used EFX mod, I'd say this was a fake. When, if ever, is this going to be for sale?

Yeah, any news
i know this has nothing to do with 'efx' but with all the features now and if it was possible for you to add ragdoll, i would pay over £100 for this mod.

It WILL be a part of the new efx for sure.
It can cost something around 100€ (we haven`t thought about that!)

This mod is incredible.

Please keep us updated regularly on this. I'll happily purchase the final product especially once its implemented into EFX mod.

The possibilities of this mod are ridiculous.

You must see this through.

well first i couldn`t see what possibilities this will have, but now i see clearly.
i will keep you updated, but right now i have less time to work on it (maybe tomorrow).
but it will get finished, else you can throw stones on me ^^

EDIT:
just one new picture i made an hour ago:

and every object has normal mapping on it (also the segments!)

Mmmmmmmm...

And 48fps as well. Looks exceptional.

DG: Any chance on the water shaders for entities? Obviously if it were not included it would hardly make it any less excellent but it would be a nice feature...

I've just died and gone to FPSC heaven

I would have said that screenshot was taken from Bioshock without knowing it's FPSC. The normal mapped segments are brilliant.

This is already at least as good as Leadwerks engine 2.0 if not better.

I can't thank you enough for this mod

well the problem with the Watershader and Entitys is that there has to be 2 extra Cameras for every Object, which will cause a big framedrop...
so i think there will only be one waterplain like in efx.

I WAS GONNA SAY THAT LOL! AND ABOUT BIOSHOCK TOO !

Imagine htis in a horror game lol, pitch black and then BOOM! Lights go on, it's blinding and there's a zombie straight in your face . I bet Crytek and Treyarch are looking at this and mourning over the failure of their superior graphics in CoD:WaW and Crysis lol.

We all said that lol, the bloom looks ace spot-on for BioShock, and the parallax mapping looks much better than BioShock.
