Okay everyone lets get this clear, we have tried to intergrate airmod .6 into wizmod many times, but with many bugs. So we are going to focus on other things for now and soon enough we will get back to it and slowely intergrate it over time. Trust me i love ironsights yet im making an effort to hang on

@Wazoo117: I don't think he was targeting you specifically, he was probably just clarifying for everyone. Anyways, the Airmod v0.6 hasn't been debugged in the V107 version so putting it into V115 would simply make it worse(I tried).

Guys, no need to argue. Who cares.

Anyway, yeah, we ran into trouble with .06, so we are not integrating it YET.

No worries.

Pretty much, yeah - fresnel water with reflection, refraction and water effects. Although we haven't programmed water physics yet and the version on the forum doesn't have many new features like water sounds and bubbles etc... But basically the same yes, there is a screenshot on our website: http://wizmod.co.uk

The water doesn't even own! It isn't even visible! I put everything in effectbank and script bank and NO water! I really want water. Only the script works not the water.

You might be doing something wrong. Instead of complaining that "it doesn't work", try asking nicely for help, you'll sound nicer (and might actually learn something). Good luck.

When you turn the water on you need to set the waterheight in the script file. You can change the waterheight during a test game using the "G" and "H" keys. I hope that solves the problem. However like I said the release available on the forums has issues, for example the water only covers 1/4 of the map size, this is fixed in the new betas, but i still gives a nice effect.

Also are you using a triggerzone? You need to use a triggerzone to trigger the water on/off.

Yeah you do, forgot to mention that. Guys I will just let you into two new things coming into the next beta of wizmod. We have a flashlight which you can turn on and of using the "F" key and we also have an ingame menu which allows you to turn on and of things like dynamic lights, dynamic shadows, and a load of other stuff Also we have added a water optimisation feature which means that you can increase performance if your game never uses water at all - it is an entry in the setup.ini file.

Thanks for the support Well the first full release will probably be out in July, although there will still be constant updates improving it and adding new features. It will cost £5 so it will be cheap.

Thanks

Hey Wizzkid,

These last couple weeks of school here I wont be on at all, so drop me an email when you need me to send out betas or something.

The fpsc rocks.- Many of these bugs have been addressed in the current beta. The one here on the forums is faulty.

Ok just a quick info update. Some people have been asking if they can have a new update released to the forum and so they can use it in the Mod Contest so I have decided that I will release a new version in a few days to the forum that users can use for the mod contest or for trial use - so no distributing unless entering into the mod contest.

I hope you will like it

I suggest to start a new thread. with a title like

WizMod v2.00

Including:
- A Working Version, with watermark.
- Some screens of some features.
- All features listed.
- The Team listed
- Info
- Support/Contact

I say this beacause, this thread is like a WIP thread. And now you fixed alot of things, you better off making a new thread. With a nice layout.

Well I'm just finishing off two new features that allow the water to rise or fall so you can simulate a rising water that the player must stay above, which would make a good level Then we will release the next public version.

I like the sound of a new thread. Like a fresh start where we can forget about all the previous bugs/problems and see only "Wizmod" BTW im sure there are many new things in the next version and im curious to see how they will perform and how well they actually are. like the flashlight especially

Hey

I know there hasnt been much going on with wizmod recently due to myself having to sit my GCSE's but i decided to have a bit of a break tonight and sit down for aa few hours and do a bit of work on wizmod... and well it has really paid off.

I decided I would have another go at integrating airmod 0.6 into the V1.15 source and IT WORKS !!!! I havent tested all the features etc... ironsights work. And the airmod 0.6 timer system works aswell.

I have also repaired the damage eyehud.

So beta testers in a few days you will hopefully get a beta, with the airmod 6 integrated I hope you all will like and enjoy

PS. I am going to release a mod competition version once i have this next beta tested.
