while most people ive seen dont have protruding tear ducts, some do when they close their eyes, but it definately is not that much. Barely noticable.

thanks for the feedback guys, the head does acctually taper slightly more than you may expect, i think the issue with the previous bust is that the hair has been ladin just a little too thin on the head, however i'll try a few things and see what works, anyway i started anpther full character, im not to sure what i'm gonna do with this at the moment however i will definately do something with it, tell me what you think

and if anyone has any requests i haven't done a tut in quite a while and i'd like to get back into doing them, mabey start a weekly or monthly tutorial based on the most requests, but of course i'd have to start getting requests for that to happen so feel free to ask or question anything.

Hay-o, just a quick paintover if your looking for insperation
That and there fun

I was thiking that the biceps could be very lean compared to the surrouding pair muscels and be extruded out further, Sort of alot of skin tension at the elbow joint from the muscel size. The abs could be very lean in propotion, same as the biceps so that they are lean but have alot of depth. Have to run now, ill do some proper concepts tomorow/sunday if i get back

i like this alot better. Its more simple.

This is what would look good to me.

Do the same style of the mouth to the following:

Throat(the esophagus pushing the neck outward)

The nose

A portion of the head.

but i like it so far

Laz@
i think that that is a good idea, however im thinking that a series of spinal plugs or plates would work better at adding detail to every portion of the model

thanks guys, here's yet another update, started non-symmetrical sculpting and im pretty pleased with it, tell me what you think

Umm As For The texture . I Like The Older one Cuz It feels more ... hmmmm ... Original Or So

I Like the Green Glow On the Second One tho

Nice Job

simply amazing..even though most models here are heads, and there are 21 pages in the thread (well for me, at least), you still come up with nice unique things for every head

The newest one works great with the skin, but theone before looks better with the metal. Any chance of a mixup between them? It would give a hugely better contrast on the augments to organic.

Love the sculpt anyway.

Well Aside From The Previous posts .

In Some Way The Guy Looks Older , But As MMOJ said , It Looks Like He's Taken Alot Of Damage From Something . If Your Willing To Keep This Detail Then i Think The Metal Parts Should Have Some Damages too .

Also You Got Some plain Areas Which Need some detail even a lil would do good : *Nose - left Side of The head And Neck*

Even If You Want The Damage AS it Is Now . I Doupt That The Other Parts Will Stay That Plain

and Please Fix The Mouth xD /*soz for annoying typo* xD

my impression is that he has the metal parts *because* of the damage to his tissue, so they would be reasonably clean and new.

Texturing would be nice to see, I picture the scarring still red/mostly healed but relatively recent.

MMOJ@
i don't really like your comment, it sounds more insulting than helpful

ortu@
thanks you're exactly right, that was my intention from the start, was kinda thinking that a grenade or something went of infront of him and this is the result of schrapnal and burn damage.

frozencore#6@
thanks, i do intend to add detail to those area, don't worry, now saying 'fix the mouth' means absoulutely nothing to me, a more specific comment would help, what don't you like about it?

Nice stuff there mazz, i think if you use the burn areas, but apply them to certain areas on the face, some areas look a little lumpy, or random. Maybe also extend the mechanics so that one side works up his face? Like at one side the burns were very severe, will make it less symmetrical.

Like the asymmetry Asteric, the guy would probably turn his head away from the blast reflexively, even if he did't have time to turn fully damage would probably be heavier to one side.

I think the problem they have with the mouth is the gap between upper lip and implant which was mentioned some posts up, it looks like he would be constantly drooling through it.

thanks for the advice guys, will probably help, and thanks ortu for being much more specific than just 'fix the mouth' anyway decided to do a quick couple hour speed sculpt, might acctually continue with it though, i'm pleased with the result so far, it's modelled from the head of a new base i recently finished, so that'll be uploaded to the database at some point

freaky bro, but i think you might need to work on the basemesh because the faceting is much more noticable in the neck than on the face, i'd throw a couple more loops in there

i like how i make a friendly joke of a criticism and it gets taken so personal.

I mean, if this was something you had worked on your whole life i would be serious about it.

And i have critiqued you and gotten no feedback, but i say one joke about it and im the bad guy.
